"We were completely able to rest and relax. The home had everything we needed! Great stay for families...our kids loved the pool, hot tub, pool table, and boat!!"Guest: Jenn G. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 17, 2014View listing
"We had a terrific stay at the Dream Villa in Cape Coral. The Dream Villa is a large house with two bedrooms that have direct access to the pool. The split floor plan is great for privacy. The kitchen had everything we were looking for which says a lot since we cooked dinner in for seven nights. The pool area has a really nice exposure to the sun but also has sufficient shade all day long. We saw a dolphin one morning and there were several hawks and eagles that were nesting in the trees across the canal. Our dog was very entertained by the fish and birds in the area. The location is also great! Since we now live in the area we will recommend this house to friends that come to visit but want their own space."Guest: Brian & Karen W. "This rental is top shelf - very attractive and modern with high end finishes. We thoroughly enjoyed a month's stay here. There were no disappointments. The unit was spotless upon arrival, and the kitchen is very spacious and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The high point for us was the wonderful screened in lanai overlooking a pond with ducks and birds. We ate most of our meals in the lanai. The coach house area is very tranquil, and the clubhouse pool is well heated and has both sunny and shady spots. The restaurants and boutiques at the marina were all excellent and a short walk away. We highly recommend this rental."Guest: Northern friend Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 1, 2014View listing
