"The house was gorgeous & perfect location for us. The property manager took care of things very quickly, which wasgreatly appreciated. The owners returned our deposit very quickly as well. The only recommendation I have is that the upstairs "entertainment/office" room be turned into another master suite, as it was intended. That would've been perfect. Our stray was almost perfect & close to shopping, restaurants, & parks. The pool was awesome to have every day! Thank you so much for our great vacation at your lovely home in Cape Coral!!"Guest: Scott F. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 17, 2014View listing

"We had a terrific stay at the Dream Villa in Cape Coral. The Dream Villa is a large house with two bedrooms that have direct access to the pool. The split floor plan is great for privacy. The kitchen had everything we were looking for which says a lot since we cooked dinner in for seven nights. The pool area has a really nice exposure to the sun but also has sufficient shade all day long. We saw a dolphin one morning and there were several hawks and eagles that were nesting in the trees across the canal. Our dog was very entertained by the fish and birds in the area. The location is also great! Since we now live in the area we will recommend this house to friends that come to visit but want their own space."Guest: Brian & Karen W. "My husband and I stayed here for a week and ended up staying another day because we didn't want to leave. The property was very clean and beautifully kept. It is very obvious in the pride of ownership that this is a private home, not one owned by a huge property management company. Every detail has been thought of, it is as if you are renting from a friend or relative. You can tell that the owner really cares and wants you to have a great vacay! The pool and spa are gorgeous and we loved sitting out on the water at sunset. Best of all, if you rent a boat (and you should), you are only a few minutes from getting out to open water; unlike many rental properties where it could take you 45 minutes or more of cruising at "idle speed" to get to the same area. We have rented many houses through VRBO and I have to say this is one of the very best. Excellent value for the money. We are definitely hoping to come back next year."Guest: Ken and Cathy Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 28, 2014View listing
