  • AWESOME!!!

"Just awesome! This was our first time vacation home rental for my wife and I and it was a home run, just beyond our expectations. Pictures are exact but do not do it justice until you've seen it. Sunny Belle is a beautiful, clean, well maintained home with all the modern accessories you could need or want and Sylvie was just great to deal with. The property manager, Ivo, was so nice and very helpful too. We can not wait to go back and are counting the days until we can return. Thank you so much Sylvie and Ivo for making our vacation so peaceful and pleasant. Until next time."

  • Exactly what we were looking for !!!

"I was looking for a waterfront vacation rental that I could share with my 92-year-old dad on a little mini-vacation. We wanted a place large enough for the two of us, with a view of the water, and a coffee shop and restaurant within easy walking distance from our condo. Not asking too much !!! Lori's condo was a perfect choice. My dad could easily navigate around the complex. We had coffee every morning at Run Agrounds (we sat outside at the dog-friendly seating overlooking the marina, and enjoyed talking to the "regulars" who gave us tips on restaurants, etc.), had a great lunch at Rum Runners, shopped at the beautiful onsite art gallery displaying local artists' work -- all without leaving the property. We spent every evening on the large screened lanais drinking our martini (dad !) and wine (me) watching the boats come in and go out of the harbour. It was fun to watch, and the view was incredible. The condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious, with any kitchen item you'd want, very comfortable beds and furniture, and 2 screened lanais that face southwest -- with beautiful views of Sanibel in the distance, and cooler than the full west-facing views. Lori was wonderful to work with -- very responsive, flexible, and informative. It was nice to be able to spend so much time with my dad, and staying at this terrific condo was icing on the cake. I highly recommend it as a place to get away, relax, and enjoy life. Thanks, Lori!"

  • Paradise For Sure

"My wife and I only spent a week, but thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The home is very spacious and exactly as the pictures show, fully equipped and very well maintained. Location is perfect, on a quiet and peaceful street just two blocks from grocery and other shopping. The heated pool was very relaxing and was used every day. Cape Coral has lots to offer in the way of shopping and restaurants and Fort Myers is just minutes away. This was our first stay in a VRBO property and I would not hesitate to recommend this one."

  • Excellent Vacation Home Rental

"We stayed in this well maintained house for 3 months. The house and amenities turned out to be more than what we expected. The pool area with the covered lanai is an added play area for children. We spent a lot of time there in the excellent Florida weather. When the temperature is above 60 degrees and sun shining, the outdoors are perfect for snow birds like us. The homeowner and the Agent were easy to deal with, provided all the necessary information. When we were there, we found the house really well furnished, well equipped with lots of extras. Folder with information about the house, local grocery stores, pharmacy, golf courses and places to visit was very helpful. Never was there a need for us or our children and grand children that was not met. There were things that we did not expect, like beach toys, beach umbrellas, high chair for baby etc. There was continuous maintenance of the pool and yard during our stay there. Just little things and big things that added up to a fabulous time. We plan to go back there again and rent this house for 3 months again."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
