  • Little Gem near Vanderbilt

"We really enjoyed our two weeks here. The house comes well equipped for a vacation near the beach. The bike that come with the house allowed a 5 minute bike ride to lovely Vanderbilt Beach. The beach chairs, cooler and towels made a day at the beach easy to enjoy. The kitchen is really nice with top end appliances and the outdoor grill allows for a nice dinner at the end of the day. I really enjoyed the pool. It was nice to come home after a round of golf, take a dip and relax next to the pool with a glass of wine. The house is also very centrally located to many of Naples attractions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone."

  • Paradise!

"We have been home a little over a week and can't wait to return to the Paradise Beach Home. It is paradise! We have stayed at various condos up and down Manasota Key, but staying in a house was a wonderful change. We arrived at the home in the early evening and were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and some lovely snacks. After traveling all day, it was a nice surprise. It was great to find a well equipped kitchen with spices (I love to cook) pots and pans, dishes, etc. The wrap around lanai is where we spent a great deal of our time. It was wonderful to sit and have coffee in the morning and dinner at night. We didn't spend much time on the deck as the sun was blazing and there is no shade, but in the cooler months, this would be the place to be! The view is amazing. We saw dolphins almost every day and saw manatees twice, I only wished we could have seen some of the turtles hatch. Maybe next time! Overall, it was the most peaceful and comfortable piece of Old Florida that anyone could ask for."

  • Wonderful place to stay!

"We really enjoyed our week at this condo. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins, stingrays, and manatees, etc. The owner is extremely easy to work with and had everything you could think of on hand, plenty of towels, wi-fi, books, movies.... Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We'll definitely be back!"

  • Perfect

"What a great place to stay. When booking the house, Bob was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house was wonderful and the perfect getaway for us. We wanted a home away from home and some privacy which this gave us. We went many nights to the local restaurants (all within walking distance or an easy bike ride - bikes are well worth renting) but also enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The house is tucked away and even on the odd rainy afternoon we enjoyed being inside- reading on the terrace, watching tv or researching the island using the fast internet connection or by leafing through Bob's wide collection of books and local guides. Jensen's, Gordy's dock and the beach were true highlights for us. Captiva is so special and the house, well-maintained, clean, large and accessible, really added to our experience. Thanks Bob and family for sharing with us- an experience we'll never forget!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
