  • Simply superb and attracts us back yet again

"This now was our fifth stay at this lovely villa. We extended our stay this time to three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. This super villa, with all the amenities you could ask, for coupled with such a stunning location meant we just loved to soak up the sun, enjoy the views and slip in and out of the pool which was consistently hitting high eighties and over 90 on a few occasions. The owners are always professional, helpful and have put themselves to accommodate our diary needs - much appreciated and thank you for sharing your villa again with us. We will be back!"

  • Great Location, Friendly Complex

"This condo is in about the best location possible in Naples. Its right in the middle of Old Naples - one block from all the activities on 5th Avenue, yet on a quiet residential street. We stayed here for 2 weeks and were very happy with the accommodations. It’s an older complex, but very clean, well maintained and friendly. We stayed in a condo by their lovely pool (which was quite warm), but they also have a courtyard with a nice grass area for sitting and reading for each of the condos. We walked to the beach most days, right through the interesting and vibrant downtown. It took us about 20 minutes, unless we stopped at a shop or restaurant Good people watching. We hope to return."

  • Relax, Recharge and Return !

"The accomodations were very comfortable. The bedroom my wife and I stayed in had its own small deck. The furnishings were exceptional as described, open kitchen/dining area with beautiful countertop. Beach access very quick and easy. No traffic on this quiet street corner. Don't miss the "Cafe on the Beach" for breakfast and lunch, just a short walk on the beach. Would definitely stay again when we have the opportunity."

  • Nice, safe location and amenable to pet owners.

"We stayed at this home for 6 months as we searched for a home to buy in the area. We loved the location, very close to downtown Venice and a reasonable walk to the beach. There is a great local dog beach not far away we took our dogs to quite often. The neighbors are absolutely wonderful people and it is an extremely safe area. We felt at home immediately and were welcomed by all, often meeting new people on our walks. A great Farmers Market on Saturdays just blocks away where you can purchase great fresh produce, fish, meats, pastries etc. Epiphany Church also within walking distance and its facilities are beautiful. TJ was great and promptly addressed any concerns we had. Large back yard with fence great for dogs which is very hard to find. An excellent choice if you are planning an extended stay."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
