  • Exceeded Expectations

"This home was so much more than we'd hoped for! It was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and well equipped. It was a drive to anywhere we wanted to go, but we appreciated the distance and resulting quietness of the area. Necessities were still only 10 mins away, and everything else was within 30 mins at most. We will definitely try to stay here again!"

  • Fantastic Memory Making Week!!

"There were 8 of us- 4 adults and 4 kids (11-15 years old) that stayed at Mariner's Landing. The house is on the canal, and is very spacious, clean and well stocked( coffee maker, toaster, beach towels, blankets etc). The kids and adults loved the oversized pool , we swam everyday and evening. If you need groceries, the Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away. So you can walk or take a cab there. Since we didn't rent a car, we took a cab to where we wanted to go and it was affordable and quick. Rotary Park is down the street and is perfect for the avid birders! We rented the hurricane boat and it was so much fun. The captain had great ideas of where to go and was very knowledgeable. We went to two beaches, Lover's key which is accessible by boat and car. The sand is white and pebbly and there are lots of shells. Our favourite was Cayo Costa Island..the beach is beautiful, white sand, lots of shells and is quiet. On our way to Cayo Costa we went through ReD Fish Pass and saw lots of dolphins in front and beside the boat.New Year's Eve we went to Fathom's restaurant, the food and service was Excellent. We went to two other restaurants one was RumRunner's and The Naughty Mermaid both places had delicious food and great service. We had a wonderful , memorable vacation and would love to rent this house again!!"

  • Peaceful Getaway

"Me and my wife stayed here late January and wish to thank you for the use of this home. The weather was great and we very much enjoyed exploring the local area, Fort Myers and Sanibel. The property was very clean, tidy and amazing value for money. My wife loved the outdoor area around the pool with the view of the boat dock and water. I would personally like to thank Amanda who assisted us with the booking process and also promptly answered a couple of questions after we arrived. Overall we had a fantastic time. We will be back next year in the summer and will rent a boat to keep on the dock."

  • Outstanding!

"We rented this home for my Mother's surprise 85th birthday. She stays in the Burnt store Marina so this home was close by. We had 9 people staying at the house and we fit perfectly with lots of room to spare. We had a party for 25 catered at the house and there was plenty of room. We did not have to rent tables and chairs. Between the seating in the dining, kitchen and outside, there was plenty of space. We had an accordion player playing polka music for my mother and the foyer even worked out great for a dance floor. The caterers had plenty of room in the kitchen for setting up all the chaffing pans for our lunch. We loved the extra fridge and we needed it. There's even a smaller fridge outside by the BBQ. The only downside is that you do have to drive a ways wherever you need to go. The upside is that you have plenty of privacy with no neighbors around. Great stay, would rent again .... Maybe for my mothers 90th 😃!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
