"Great house with great water access to the gulf. Takes about 5min to the River and 40 mins to the gulf by boat. The Boat lift is such a nice amenity. The public boat launch is 1 mile from the house. The neighbors are great but keep to themselves. Hot tub and pool worked no problem, also had a solar cover for the pool. The house is exactly as you see in the pictures. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Definitely make your way to Fort Meyers beach, a good seafood restaurant on the way is Pinchers. Would recommend to a friend, especially if you have your own boat."Guest: Mark Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 15, 2014View listing
"Condo is in great shape, clean & comfy, new flat sreen TV is a nice touch. Very quite as we were almost all alone in the whole10 unit complex & had the pool area to ourselves 95% of the time. Could use new lounges around the pool though as the are only 3 for 10 units & one was broke, thankfully almost no one else used the pool but us. We would be staying again but now they have a 3 month minimum . That won't work for us so we'll look elseware."Guest: Snowbirds Date of Stay: February 2012 Review Submitted: June 13, 2012View listing
"Thank you for a 3rd great stay! We just love the privacy and comfort of the house inside and out. Watching the passing wildlife in the canal was great fun (especially the otter) and a big plus! We will be back (thinking April)!"Guest: Rachelle S. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 9, 2014View listing
"This property is everything that is advertised in the VRBO website. It has everything you need and all you need to bring is your own food and drinks. When you walk through the front door you have an amazing view of the centrally located family room, 3 sliding glass doors that fold into 1 to exit into the screened in ground pool area and the canal beyond. The 2 bedrooms and den(den has bunk beds) are on the right wing of the house and the master bedroom on the left wing, which makes it quiet and apart from any guest that may be staying with you. The property is located in the southwest section of Cape Coral which is an affluent area. The area is quiet yet, Cape Harbour is within walking distance which has lots of activity such as Restaurants, Bars, Marina, Shops and live outside entertainment on Tuesday and Friday nights. This property was perfect for us, your adult children and Grandchildren over Christmas and New Years. We felt very comfortable here and we were not crowded at all in the house. The Owners were great hosts who contacted us upon arrival to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They also made sure the pool temperature was set in the 80's for our comfort. We would recommend this house for families and anyone that wants a comfortable at home feeling vacation."Guest: Canadian Traveller Date of Stay: December 2011 Review Submitted: January 31, 2012View listing
