  • Cape Harbour Marina View 3 BR/2 BA Condo

"Very happy with the accommodations! We spent a week here looking for property and selected this location as it was central to the area we are trying to cover. The unit is in a great location overlooking the harbor and a short distance from shops and Rumrunners Restaurant. Very clean and the owner is very concern that everything meets your expectations. Highly recommend and plan to rent again."

  • Outstanding!

"We rented this home for my Mother's surprise 85th birthday. She stays in the Burnt store Marina so this home was close by. We had 9 people staying at the house and we fit perfectly with lots of room to spare. We had a party for 25 catered at the house and there was plenty of room. We did not have to rent tables and chairs. Between the seating in the dining, kitchen and outside, there was plenty of space. We had an accordion player playing polka music for my mother and the foyer even worked out great for a dance floor. The caterers had plenty of room in the kitchen for setting up all the chaffing pans for our lunch. We loved the extra fridge and we needed it. There's even a smaller fridge outside by the BBQ. The only downside is that you do have to drive a ways wherever you need to go. The upside is that you have plenty of privacy with no neighbors around. Great stay, would rent again .... Maybe for my mothers 90th 😃!"

  • Great vacation at Villa Carina in Cape Coral

"My wife and I escaped from the worst winter in Boston to spend the month of March 2015 at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. Villa carina has been nicely renovated throughout this nicely decorated 3 bedroom home. The living room slider (3) opens up to the lanai and pool area. We were able to eat breakfast and dinners outside each day! The pool is heated and after a day at the beach we were able to take a late afternoon swim in the pool. I highly recommend this home and we have already reserved for March 2016"

  • Great Family Vacation Home

"What a vacation!! We spent 2 weeks at Villa Driftwood, 1 with just my family & another family joined us for the 2nd week. We rented the house because of the pool and it certainly didn't disappoint. The screened in area was awesome as the large sliding doors were open every day, all day and we all pretty much spent the entire time in bathing suits. The closeness of the pool is especially great if you have children as there's no need to get them out if you have to make lunch or use the facilities. Everything is right there and they are in view at all times. I'm a firm believer that no vacation is ever perfect. Inevitably something will go wrong or break. There's nothing you can do about it so just sit back contact the home owner and enjoy the rest of your day. We had a couple issues arise during our stay, I emailed the owner and the problem was fixed within 24 hours. Was comforting to know that you're not left in the dark. As for the house... Its HUGE!!! Though its a bit dated you can tell that the owner is doing everything he can to fix the place up. Some areas need a coat of paint but the place is immaculate and overall we didn't have any major complaints. The new tinted sliding doors are great, the house stayed at 78 all day without the need for AC. The double garage is especially nice. The greatest addition was the Margaritaville Maker in the kitchen. We gave it a workout during our stay!! Overall (and minor things aside) it was a successful vacation at Villa Driftwood and we would certainly love to return next year (Were it not booked already!)."
