  • Exceeded Expectations

"This home was so much more than we'd hoped for! It was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and well equipped. It was a drive to anywhere we wanted to go, but we appreciated the distance and resulting quietness of the area. Necessities were still only 10 mins away, and everything else was within 30 mins at most. We will definitely try to stay here again!"

  • Comfortable but needs attention

"We stayed in this home for 2 weeks; its very nice & comfortable but it needs some attention. A few things; the master shower is beautiful but it needs hand rails because the floor gets slippery. The AC fan makes a loud noise when running in hall area. The landscaping and lawn care was very poor. The pool needed hands on attention, it didn't stayed very warm. NO Cable TV...only local channels but wifi is good. No dock lights to use for fishing. Location is great; close to Harbor and nice resturants."

  • Week stayed 5/02 - 5/09

"The pool and pool deck was very relaxing. We would like to come back and we would have no problem bringing others with us or recommending it to friends. The house was just what we needed for a quiet relaxing getaway. We have been to Cape Coral a number of times and enjoy going to the beach. We like Sanibel, Captiva and Ft Myers beach. We ate most of our meals at the house, but we did eat at the Parrot Key Caribbean Grill, Woody's on the south end of Pine Island and had dessert at Tarpon Lodge on Pine Island. I also did a little fishing in the canal, but only caught one bass. The property manager was very good at showing us the house. We really enjoyed our stay. Terry & Patty"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
