  • Wonderful Experience

"Renting a condo in FLA during Easter can be very difficult. The owners were wonderful to work with, very responsive and super helpful. We've stayed in Falling Waters before and the pool and landscaping looks like a luxurious resort. The condo was clean, conveniently located and well equipped. Thanks for a terrific spring break."

  • Fabulous Stay

"We had a fabulous time at Goldeneye, Siesta Key. Absolutely loved the house, very spacious and immaculate lots of little decorative touches to set it apart. The master bedroom and en-suite with Jacuzzi bath helped set it apart from other properties. Pool was great, very warm and even bigger than we expected and deeper too. Had several evenings on the deck with a BBQ. The beach was lovely with talcum powder sand, although a little more crowded at the weekends than we had expected. Siesta village was great too with a friendly atmosphere, we tried Blu Que, Hub Baja and The Cottage - they were all good with live music."

  • Perfect stay in Sanibel!

"This is a beautiful condo in a great complex- we have rented several condos on Sanibel and this one is our favorite! Owner is great to deal with, unit is freshly decorated and super clean and very well maintained. Kitchen very well equipped, lanai is very comfortable with beautiful views of the Gulf and the lagoon. The complex as a whole is also kept in very nice condition with friendly and helpful staff. Loved our week there, enjoyed the beach, the sunsets, biking and great restaurants. Hope to be back!!!"

  • You will not be disappointed

"There were 5 adults and 2 children in our party and we all loved this property. Highly maintained and very family friendly. We went to Naples to explore the area but did not see as much as we intended as we were all loathe to leave this villa and the children wanted the fantastic pool more than the beach. We barbecued most evenings as the outdoor kitchen proved more inviting than restaurants. Very highly recommended"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
