"Another stay in this exceptional home. Very special place in a beautiful, very safe and upscale neighborhood. You will feel like you have walked in to your second home upon arrival and be very very sad when you have to leave. The owners are as spectacular as one would hope for, and expect. This will be one of the best parts of your year!"Guest: Lov'in the Cape Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 1, 2014View listing
"My husband and I vacationed at the Willshire house in Cape Coral for the first time. We found the home even nicer than the online pictures. We enjoyed the kayak and the bicycles. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. She checked in after we were settled to make sure everything was to our liking. The nearby beach and yacht club were an added treat. There were several very nice restaurants nearby to choose from. The weather was simply gorgeous and a much needed respite from the snow in Connecticut. The only disappointment was the traffic once we got outside our immediate neighborhood."Guest: Eileen L. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 15, 2014View listing
"This home is a relaxing retreat. There are a lot of whimsical paintings in the home that brought a smile to my face. The upstairs bath has a mural of fish swimming in the ocean that lead to a large walk in shower with not 3 but 5 shower heads! The beds were comfortable, we had no trouble sleeping after a long day of golfing and relaxing in the spa. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer came in handy allowing us to pack light. The location is perfect in that we found we were about 30 minutes away from everything we wanted to do, seemed to be a safe and friendly neighborhood with people out walking during the day. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. While the owner does not live in Florida, she responds quickly to email and returned our deposit quickly mailing it within a week of time. She was very easy to work with. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because we were not able to heat the pool. We let Cerstin know and she quickly contacted the pool service. Unfortunately the pool service didn't resolve the problem. Its possible that we misunderstood the instructions but not probable as three of us interpreted them the same way. We would rent again next year if the pool problem could be resolved."Guest: Julie F. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 26, 2014View listing

Everything you need is provided. The owners are the best! The are always available if you need anything at all and they are just great people! We had an incredible time. There is always something to do and see. You won't be disappointed. We would stay here again . . . and we hope to!!!!"Guest: Susan H.
