"Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay at Villa Ultima. Ed and Karen were wonderful to work with and the home had top notch amenities. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and truly at home. We all decided we want to get the same washer and dryer and knife holder. The weather wasn't always ideal but we enjoyed the pool, lanai and relaxed in the home. Plenty of space for all to be together and to spend time alone. We just wish we could have stayed longer. It is definitely the nicest home we have ever rented. I would be inclined to go back to the area because the house was so nice. The screened in pool was especially awesome."Guest: Kerry C. "Our family just returned from a two week vacation at this home in Cape Coral Fl. The home was exactly as advertised and pictured on the web. It was like new, clean and very spacious. It was close to the local Walmart Grocery store and is walkable if you wanted. This home included the use of 4 bikes to get a bit of exercise and adventure. The kitchen is well outfitted and the linens and towels were plentiful. There were 4 large flat screen TVs, internet and surround sound. The home is well layed out and the bathrooms are all high quality. The lanai with the patio table made eating all of our meals or playing games so much more enjoyable outside. We saw a lot of fish jumping in the private type canal behind the home . The pool and spa were spotless and well cared for. The location is very central in Cape Coral and is great for shopping, has a nice waterfront to walk, and places to eat. Would recommend to anyone and is only about 30 minutes from the Fort Myers airport for those who might fly to Florida."Guest: Brian and Sheila Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 25, 2014View listing
"We (parents and a little girl) stayed in the Sungetaway villa for two weeks in July/August and had a wonderful time. Professional and helpful homeowners to begin with. Responsive and factual. Very important and reassuring when you cross the pond for two weeks. It rarely happens that you find nothing lacking in a vacation rental home ('where is the cork screw', 'does anyone know where the scissors are?'). Lots of rooms, great AC and fans throughout the house. More than enough towels, etc. And a big wachine machine and dryer (where we come from, everything is tiny and expensive). Tiles on the floor so very easy to keep the house tidy and clean. No bugs, no mosquitos. And a nice and peaceful area with, I figure, lots of vacation homes. Nearby a Publix supermarket, which was located just across our favorite restaurant, The Lobster Lady (open every day - don't try to make a reservation because they are unable to accomodatie that in their seating plan, just get there by 3 or 4 PM for a combined lunch/diner). We went to Captiva (lunch at the Mucky Duck) and Sanibel (lunch at Lazy Flamingo) and nearby Fort Myers Beach. No parking problems there and, for us Europeans, at $2 per hour sort of cheap). Disney is a long drive, so you'd better stay there in a hotel and return the next day. Rented a boat ar Paradise Rental. Not cheap but worthwhile, and you only need a drivers license! Watch out for the police though in Cape Coral (there is one living just around the corner. He puts his car in front of his house, the one thing a cop would never, ever, do in Europe, except for Switzerland perhaps). The town is so peaceful, that they have really nothing else to do than watch out for 'road criminals'. A lovely stay in a great place in Cape Coral!"Guest: Martijn Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 18, 2014View listing
