  • A First Class Vacation Home

"With 3 adult couples this home was perfect for our month vacation. It is even prettier than the pictures show. Well appointed with everything guests would need for their stay. The large living area, couches and TV kept everyone happy during the Super Bowl playoffs and basketball games. Loved that we could record our favorite shows while we were out enjoying the warm weather during January. I was very impressed with the top quality of their bed linens and towels. Pulling back the glass doors and enjoying the beautiful heated pool and swaying palm trees was priceless. Guys fished off the dock and we had enough fish to grill for dinner. The location was perfect and convenient not only for Cape Coral locations but close enough to Fort Myers for golf, dinners, movies and shopping. There are several great outlet malls as well. We were also able to take several day trips to places like Sanibel, Bonita Springs, Naples, Punta Gorda and Pine Island. A nice beach was about 2 miles next to the Boathouse. A number of excellent restaurants were within 1-3 miles of the house. Don't miss a local spot for breakfast/lunch, Annie's. The owner has provided a complete notebook of information for his guests. Also, a nice neighborhood for walking or riding bikes with two provided. This was our first time vacationing in this area and we weren't disappointed. We would definitely rent this home again. You will love the Mango House!"

  • Fabulous vacation home

"We've rented the villa Sunny Escape for 2 weeks at the end of December 2014 and we had so much fun! The house was very clean, spacious, the pool and the hot tub were great. We really enjoyed the theatre room at night! The house is close to everything! Mario was very nice! We<ve loved it so much that we're planning to rent it again next December!"

  • Our yearly Getaway!

"This was our 3 year for staying at Villa Floyd; such a comfortable home (not just a house). The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly, easy access to everything by boat or car. The heated pool is wonderful, home is well stocked with everything you need. This year we had Christmas down there & stayed until Feb. 1st. The best Christmas I can remember. Swimming & eating grilled lobster beats the snow! The sliding window from the kitchen to the lanaii is perfect (just pass the dishes & food right thru), we eat all our meals pool side. Rich & Rebecca (owners) are the "BEST". Any problems or questions are handled personally by them and they are prompt at responding. We have booked the house again for Jan. 2015. The boat is perfect for cruising the canals or fishing the back waters. We travel with our 2 dogs and they look forward to the trip every year just as much as we do!"

  • Great place to stay.

"Stayed at this home for the month of March 2015. The location was very convenient to restaurants, beaches, golf courses, grocery store and many attractions. We had record setting temperatures and really enjoyed having our own pool. We spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoor lanai area when we were home. Had my grandchildren over for a barbecue and they enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock...even caught some fish! Since it was spring break time we did not want to go to Ft Myers Beach and fight the crowds so we went just a few miles and spent time at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Beautiful beach and great restaurant at the yacht club. Wonderful place to watch the sun set. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends. Lovely home and had everything you needed...pots, pans, coffee maker, ice maker, towels, beach towels and floaties to use in the pool. Very nice neighborhood...quiet area, friendly neighbors, and felt very safe. Just loved it!!!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
