  • Great condo and location!

"Condo was roomy, clean, and nicely furnished with a great location. Condo was on the bay side with a pool and hot tub, along with a nice deck you can sit on and look over the bay. We spent most our time on the beach right across the street. Loved the condo and Siesta Key and would love to come back. It was nice and quiet by the condo, but only a mile or so away from some great food and bars. Our faves were probably Lelu's, Flavio's, and The Cottage (a frog even joined our table from a nearby palm tree! Great outdoor seating in the back). Not in the village but also awesome food and close by was Toro Bravo (Mexican) and The Russian House. Did a little kayaking as well, we all had a great time and Cathy was awesome about answering any questions I had!"

  • Wonderful Break!

"We had an awesome relaxing time on the beach. The condo was very nice and very well equipped for our family of four. The breathtaking views from the balcony overlooking the Gulf and the sunsets was beyond our expectations. Relaxing with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. So peaceful. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and challenged ourselves to make it all the way to Cape Marco one day. The area restaurants are great - from CJ's on the Bay, Joey's for pizza, Sunset Grille for what else a great sunset. Don't miss Thursday nights in downtown Naples for music on the streets (so nice). Special treat - just as the sunset, someone from a few properties down would blow "taps" on his bugle every night and follow up with "Amazing Graze". Everyone on the beach would applaud at the end. We will be back and longer! Thank you Kim for providing such a wonderful place and a relaxing time."

  • OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!

"The pictures do not do this lovely home justice! This is the perfect home away from home for any family! We have been three years in a row and my parents have booked for next year too. The home is tastefully decorated and has all of the amenities anyone could as for. The owners pay attention to little details. The location is ideal for relaxing, biking, playing tennis, walking, shopping, going to the beach, eating out, or chilling by the pool. We just think the world of John who manages the property. He is very attentive and personable. We count down the days until we go back!!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
