"We rented Chris's property for a Christmas vacation with my girlfriends family who had come over from Russia. The concept of Christmas on the beach was too much for them to pass up, so we drove from Austin Texas to Cape Coral (2 *very* full days drive) and had a wonderful time ! Very comfortable laid back home, close to local shops and a short drive to the beaches on the islands or Fort Myers. The family Shi-Tzu came along too and enjoyed the walks along the inland canals. If you want to vacation in this area, you won't be disappointed by this property."Guest: Steve W. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 9, 2014View listing
"Our family of four my wife and our to children 20 and 16 have come to Florida on many occasions in the past 15 years, this is the first time we rented a house and it will be the last time we use a hotel. Janine (the owner) is absolutely professional and guided us through the process with ease. The property is in a great neighborhood and is clean, safe and close to everything including a beautiful beach. My daughter runs and we were very happy she could run at night without worrying. Thank you so much, we will surely be back."Guest: lavih g. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 17, 2014View listing
"We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us. The home is very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The canoe was a bonus the kids enjoyed it. It rained a lot so we could not go to the beach but we did go roller skating over in Fort Myers and that was fun!"Guest: Jackie P. "We are currently staying in Allen & Tracey's beautiful home, and sadly leaving in a few days. I have nothing but great things to say about them, and the home! They are so quick to reply and are always there to help. The house is even better than pictured, and so spacious. Very well equipped with everything you need as well. And we love the gated community! So nice and clean. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway to Sunny Florida. You won't be disappointed."Guest: Renee W.
