"As advertised plus! John and Ingrid are laid back and easy to work with although there were no issues...beautiful home and can't wait to get back next year. Merrick's/Fishtales is a must for seafood...to purchase or to dine in....Paesano's for anything Italian or red meat to purchase.....neighbors Bob and Gretchen are friendly and helpful and their doggies Bean and Rocky are great...bring treats for them....Great location over all...."Guest: Mike K. "My husband and I vacationed at the Willshire house in Cape Coral for the first time. We found the home even nicer than the online pictures. We enjoyed the kayak and the bicycles. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. She checked in after we were settled to make sure everything was to our liking. The nearby beach and yacht club were an added treat. There were several very nice restaurants nearby to choose from. The weather was simply gorgeous and a much needed respite from the snow in Connecticut. The only disappointment was the traffic once we got outside our immediate neighborhood."Guest: Eileen L. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 15, 2014View listing
"This property is exactly as shown in the pictures and outlined in the description. We spent 3 weeks there in February of this year and had our entire extended family for the much of that time (5 adults, 3 pre-schoolers and a baby. The house is well laid out for a group of this size and the heated pool is perfect for young children. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood that is central to many tourist attractions and beaches, yet there is a Publix nearby as well as a variety of eating places. We will definitely be back."Guest: Carole54 Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 17, 2014View listing
"We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us. The home is very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The canoe was a bonus the kids enjoyed it. It rained a lot so we could not go to the beach but we did go roller skating over in Fort Myers and that was fun!"Guest: Jackie P.
