  • Stunning views and excellent location

"This apartment seemed much better decorated than the pictures. The views from the balcony are absolutely perfect and with a little baby in tow we were often happy just hanging on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves and watching dolphins without having to go anywhere! The pool is so warm and right next to the ocean. There are some great places to eat/drink nearby and the free trolley stops right outside the apartment that takes you all around the island. The a/c was warm for our baby at 75 but there is an extra fan in the room and a ceiling that made up for it, and that temp was perfect for everyone else as long as you keep the balcony doors closed. Hope to return!"

  • Convenient, Clean, Renovated, Owner Easy to Work With

"This house is great for family use on a Vanderbilt Beach vacation. Home is clean and newly renovated. The owner Pam is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all inquiries and concerns. Location is just a short bike ride from public beach access (2 adult beach cruisers / 1 child's bike provided and there is also a bike rental shop 2 miles down the road). The neighborhood is more blue collar /working class in comparison to other areas of Vanderbilt Beach, but the home is nicely landscaped for privacy and the street is very quiet and safe. The pool and kitchen are perfect areas for family entertaining and hanging out. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there are lots of pool toys to keep people of all ages entertained. We will definitely be recommending this house for family and friends."

  • Heritage Grand PL Bradenton

"We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was absolutely fabulous. We were a party of 6 adults. The house itself is lovely with beautiful furniture and fittings. A stunning setting with a a lake next to the Lanai. River Strand itself is beautifully maintained and those residents we met could not have been nicer. The house is in an ideal location to get to beaches, shopping and about 50 minutes from Tampa..Busch Gardens etc. We have relatives in the area and have stayed in or near Bradenton at least 10 times and this was one of the very best. A quick word of thanks to Kim and RIck the "House Sitters" who were very helpful with any question or query we had. We needed a bulb/lighting issue sorted and they were there in TWELVE MINUTES We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it"

  • Labor Day Getaway 2014

"We stayed for Labor Day weekend 2014. 3 Days. Had a great stay with friends. We docked our boat. Had easy access. Fished off the dock. Caught more fish off the dock than in the boat. Hope to do it again soon... Thank You Dave! Great Place to stay. Enjoyed it thoroughly. :)"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
