  • Dreamlike!

"Just trough a street separeted from the nice beach. Best location. Near to bars and restaurants by foot. The appartment was a dream. It was super clean and there was everything. Complete equipped appartment. Kitchen with dish washer, laundry washer and dryer. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV in every room. A big living room also with TV. A big table in the kitchen with 6 seats and many more seats and couch in the living room. There was a balcony round the house. Also there was table with 4 seats, sunbeds, many different comfortable chairs. And the view on the Gulf was incredible. Also you could grill in the patio. And there was a beach buggy with two chairs and umbrella. There also beach towels provided. The owner was so nice and helpful. It was the best place we have been on our 3 weeks round trip."

  • Great family destination

"Our family of five (kids ages 10, 12, 14) had an amazing week at this condo perfectly appointed and comfortable for five. Very friendly locals in the building and great pool at the complex. Walking distance to beach and several restaurants. Convenient trolley to other side of the island. Staying on the south side of the island was ideal. We were able to enjoy Ft Myers beach, but retreat from spring break traffic in this quiet and beautiful complex. Locally, we enjoyed golf, kayaking at Lover's Key, beach across Estero St as well as several other beaches locally. We dined at great restaurants- many recommended by the owners, Butch and Toni. Overall, an amazing week. We had one glitch with our arrival, but Butch was very responsive and helpful in resolving it for us. We hope to return as one week wasn't long enough!"

  • Highly Recommended!!!!!

"The condo is located in the Bonita Springs Golf Resort. Access to the community is controlled (gated) and requires an access code after 6 PM. Grocery, hardware, pharmacy and eating establishments are less than one mile away. The condo has a single covered parking space just steps from the front door. The grounds and surrounding area are excellently maintained. Upon arrival, we had a little difficulty with the electronic door lock and had to make a phone call to gain entry to the unit. The owner happened to be in Bonita Springs and came over to help us out. He was very friendly and accommodating. We were pleased with the cleanliness, decorations, furniture and condition of the unit. As this is a ground floor end unit, a great plus was the enclosed courtyard decorated with a table, chairs and electric grill. Plenty of closet space and storage within the unit and an ample supply of cookware, kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, etc. The condo was also well equipped with many kitchen ‘gadgets’ (juicer, coffee machines, blender and waffle iron to name just a few), the appliances worked well and the full size washer and dryer kept up with our wet towels and swimsuits after visiting the pool almost every day. While the unit amenities included an electric iron, the ironing board was a small tabletop size (a full sized folding ironing board would have been nice). Large flat screen TV’s and individual Blu-Ray DVD players are located in the living room and both bedrooms. All that said, we found the listing as “handicapped accessible” not altogether truthful. While there are no steps to enter/exit the unit, lani and courtyard, the doors are standard size (30 inches wide), guest bedroom hallway and bathrooms are narrow (hard to navigate a wheelchair in), no grab bars in the shower/tub or around the toilets and both toilets are standard height. This was not a serious problem for us but I did have to make a trip to the local pharmacy to purchase a toilet seat riser due to my bad back. Pros: Location, close to everything of interest yet in a quiet area of town. Cleanliness, appearance, well maintained (inside and out). Close proximity of parking, pools and clubhouse. Friendliness of neighbors. Cons: Not an ideal ‘handicapped accessible’ unit (could be easily remedied by installing grab bars in the bathrooms and replacing the toilets with ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) compliant height fixtures. Pools and hot tubs not accessible after dark."

  • Wonderful stay

"We stayed May 23 for 7 days and rented with VIP Rentals in Sanibel. This condo had everything you could need. It was laid out perfectly with a parking space right near the elevator. The grounds were very clean. The condo itself is very nicely appointed. The rental agency was very good to work with. I would highly recommend this condo. The rental agreement concerned me because it said that you might want to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs, but everything was there."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
