  • Pond view was amazing

"My husband and I spent 2 lovely weeks here. Best part was watching all the wildlife in the pond from the lanai.Coach home was clean and very well appointed.great restaurants and good night entertainment at the harbour. Tuesday's,there's a live band at the square and Wednesday's, a brilliant duo.Close your eyes and you are listening to Dianna Ross. Cape Coral beach is small but very nice. You must visit Sanibel and Captiva."

  • Linda and Dennis

"My husband and I stayed in Dream Villa for March and April of 2015. The location was great as it was close to both shopping and restaurants. The property is well maintained and any concerns that we had were immediately rectified by Laurie. It was a pleasure dealing with such a caring owner as we have not always had that experience in the past with other vacation properties. The beautiful pictures accurately reflect the property. We were lucky enough to spend an afternoon watching two Manatees feed and play right in front of the Lanai. We are already looking forward to next year."

  • A must for a stay in Cape Coral.

"This was our fourth villa rental in Florida and one of the biggest and best. The description and photo's provided by the owner were accurate. The villa has a huge open plan living area and three amazingly big bedrooms. Lots of room for everyone to have there own privacy. Air conditioning kept the villa cool as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms and downstairs seating area. All the beds were very comfortable and the rooms had plenty of storage. The downstairs was fully tiled and the upstairs rooms and landing had a luxury carpet. The seating area had 2 big comfortable leather settees and a massive TV, but we had a fight to see who sat on the chaise longue first as it overlooked the pool and lake. We had breakfast outside by the pool each morning (not overlooked). We had imagined that the heart shaped pool would be fairly small, so we were surprised to find it was really quite large. We borrowed the inflatables to relax on while we cooled off and used the spa. The 4 sunbeds were comfy with cushions and were used every day. During the hottest part of the day the house sheltered part of the outside area and provided shade to cool down in. We spent many moments down by the dock watching to fish jumping in the lake. We were also treated to a visit from two dolphins one evening too! The villa was in a very nice residential area, and restaurants and supermarkets were a few minutes drive away. There is plenty to see in South West Florida and the villa was a great base for us. Dealt with the owner, Cerstin, directly. Great lady, responded to my emails immediately. We had an amazing time in the US this year, helped by the fact that the position of the villa made it a great touring base and the villa was just perfect. I would definitely recommend it to friends or family."

  • Easy access to the gulf by boat! About 40 minutes to Sanibel Island Light House by boat!

"Having easy access to the gulf by boat was a big plus! Evening sunset cruises on the canal were beautiful. We launched our boat at the Cape Coral Yacht Club (about 2 miles by car) the first day and docked it at the house for the week! The home met all of our needs. Clean and comfortable and Lori was very responsive to all our questions. The home is on a quiet street and the neighbors across the street were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and will stay here again if we come back to the area."

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
