"The house was more than I expected! It was well kept and very inviting. Tim was easy to talk to and was able to answer any questions I had. Great restaurants are near by as well as a grocery/shopping center with in a mile of the house. Several beautiful beaches are within a 20 minute drive (We brought home a lot of amazing sea shells from Sanible Island). My husband and I relaxed and watched the sunset every evening on the boat dock while we fished. I normally go on cruises every year, but this may become my new vacation spot every year. The place was great and very relaxing!"Guest: Molly S. Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 8, 2014View listing
"the house was very comfortable, in a very nice area, close to restaurants and a great Golds Gym. less than 1 hour to beaches and fine food shops...... the owner and manager were delightful to deal with. We would stay there again."Guest: Lillian W. Date of Stay: January 2015 Review Submitted: January 12, 2015View listing
"We had a terrific stay at the Dream Villa in Cape Coral. The Dream Villa is a large house with two bedrooms that have direct access to the pool. The split floor plan is great for privacy. The kitchen had everything we were looking for which says a lot since we cooked dinner in for seven nights. The pool area has a really nice exposure to the sun but also has sufficient shade all day long. We saw a dolphin one morning and there were several hawks and eagles that were nesting in the trees across the canal. Our dog was very entertained by the fish and birds in the area. The location is also great! Since we now live in the area we will recommend this house to friends that come to visit but want their own space."Guest: Brian & Karen W. "Very quiet street yet very close to restaurants, gas, highway, upscale liquor/wine store within walking distance. Beautiful grounds/landscaping. Owner thought of everything. Cooked up some gourmet seafood meals as all the utensils were provided just like home. Pool area was private and felt like my own oasis. Would recommend this property to 55+ or a young family. Thanks for a great week."Guest: Vera M. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 30, 2014View listing
