  • Beautiful home in a great neighborhood.

"The home was even better than we hoped. Very clean and well maintained. John was always quick to respond to any questions and provided very helpful information. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. I loved the fact that it was pet friendly. Our dogs had a great time too!"

  • Fantastic Memory Making Week!!

"There were 8 of us- 4 adults and 4 kids (11-15 years old) that stayed at Mariner's Landing. The house is on the canal, and is very spacious, clean and well stocked( coffee maker, toaster, beach towels, blankets etc). The kids and adults loved the oversized pool , we swam everyday and evening. If you need groceries, the Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away. So you can walk or take a cab there. Since we didn't rent a car, we took a cab to where we wanted to go and it was affordable and quick. Rotary Park is down the street and is perfect for the avid birders! We rented the hurricane boat and it was so much fun. The captain had great ideas of where to go and was very knowledgeable. We went to two beaches, Lover's key which is accessible by boat and car. The sand is white and pebbly and there are lots of shells. Our favourite was Cayo Costa Island..the beach is beautiful, white sand, lots of shells and is quiet. On our way to Cayo Costa we went through ReD Fish Pass and saw lots of dolphins in front and beside the boat.New Year's Eve we went to Fathom's restaurant, the food and service was Excellent. We went to two other restaurants one was RumRunner's and The Naughty Mermaid both places had delicious food and great service. We had a wonderful , memorable vacation and would love to rent this house again!!"

  • Peaceful stay

"My wife and I stayed a Villa Maria for two weeks in November 2014. We loved the open concept, master bedroom and master bath. The tile throughout house is a great idea. Keeps the place clean. Pam, we just loved the area by the canal and our own beautiful, clean, heated pool. Area has easy access to Cape Coral and surrounding areas. We enjoyed grilling out at the lanai and what a pretty setting at night with the pool light turned on. The location is in the northern section of Cape Coral with a grocery shopping area 5 minutes away. Pam was a very delightful owner and communicated with us throughout the process of rental. Thank you again for sharing your home with us......Rod and Mona"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
