  • Excellent property- could not have asked for more!!

"Upon arrival I was surprised at how nice the place was! The pictures really do the interior no justice! Just wait until you arrive, then you will understand the true beauty of the home (inside and out) and the island. Larger than anticipated, and of course as advertised, the townhome is directly on the beach. Everything is 10x more exquisite once you are present to experience it. Great place to really relax, enjoy the scenery, and the company of a significant other, a couple close friends, or a few family members. Loved the main bedroom, the view of the beach from the patio was phenomenal. The bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the top floor, then downstairs you have the kitchen, living, dining, and another half bath. The patio off of the living area is screened in, so that was nice and then there was a patio directly on the sand!! I loved it down there, nice place to read and enjoy a morning coffee (same with the top floor patio.) There is a seafood market not too far away stop there for some fresh seafood, and at the grocery (Publix is just up the street) on the way in! (But don't miss the ferry!!, check the schedule) This place is so nice, just like paradise. Wildlife, friendly locals, and if you go off the island you can venture out for some ice cream at Swirls and Curls. The resort on the island has a small store, a restaurant, and an ice cream shop! Bring a good book and look forward to really relaxing, and disconnecting from anything hectic!! Lots of fishing too, if you are into that, and please be considerate of the turtles and tortoises!! Keep an eye out, and go slow...Thank you to the owners for such a nice stay! I will be back and will highly recommend to friends in the future!"

  • Relaxing, Peaceful, and Beautiful!

"This is our third visit at Incommunicado. And each stay has been top notch. First you have the island - shelling, kayaking, beautiful beach, swimming, tennis, pool access, birds to watch, breezes - this is truly a place to go to and unwind. But the icing on the cake is Incommunicado. The owners have thought of everything - there are kayaks you can use, tennis rackets, beach towels, a wagon for taking your stuff to the beach, chairs for the beach, board games, plenty of movies to watch and books to read. If you are traveling from far away, it is really nice not to have to pack the extra items. The home is immaculate and each year, there has been something that has been upgraded. The landscaping around the home gives you a feeling of privacy. One of my favorite spots is the hammock - there is always a breeze and I spent hours there reading and napping. There is a grill, a picnic table, a laundry room, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a table/bench that you can sort your seashells out on after you bring them back from the beach. There is a screened in porch on the back of the house that you can enjoy mealtime, game time, or just quiet time with a cup of coffee as you listen to the sounds of nature around you. And if you don't want to be completely away from civilization, there is high speed internet and satellite tv. And the price for all of this is exceedingly reasonable! Tracy thinks of everything to make you stay pleasurable. We can't wait to go back again!"

  • Wonderful "Quick" Beach Getaway

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our 'quick' getaway to Coquina Cove. The property was charming, clean, well-maintained, and had all the extras anyone could want. AND, it is Pet Friendly! The owner, Julie, was so very helpful in answering all our questions, and I feel like I have a new friend. She is a delight. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be back for another Old Florida beach getaway."

  • Awesome Vacation

"We would to thank the owners for reworking their schedules which allowed us to spend time on the island with family. The cottage was very inviting and comfortable. We brought our boat with us, so the dock was really nice! We were able to walk a few steps from the cottage to the boat and be in the Gulf within minutes! We didn't catch the "big one", but we had a wonderful time trying! We brought our dog, Carly, with us and she made herself at home! She had her bed in front of the sliders in the great room and was able to see everything that was going on. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our kids and grandkids were down the road in a newer home with a pool. Needless to say they liked our cottage the best! The kids caught several fish from the dock. We sat around and played board games and even taught the two youngest how to play checkers! It was a wonderful time had by all...and we look forward to returning. We would like to thank the owners for the chocolate, fruit and flowers. They were very much appreciated! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice quite place to vacation."
