"This was our fifth stay and as always it was wonderful. The apartment is extremely clean as are the towels and bed linens (and there are plenty of them!). The owner makes it a point to personally greet you at some point during your stay. His phone number is on the fridge in case you need anything - we have never used it because he is very detail oriented and makes sure everything is always perfect.
There's kayak, jet ski and boat rentals nearby, as well as restaurants and shopping. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a short walk down the beach and you will be amazed at the natural beauty. The sunsets are fabulous and there are lots of beautiful shells.
I would recommend this place without hesitation."

"This was our second visit to this beautiful place. We really enjoyed having beautiful views of the gulf and swimming in it daily as well. Unit is very spacious and clean. 3 good size bedrooms all have flat screen tvs and 2 of three with balconies and large closets. Bathrooms are great size with large walk in fully tiled showers and a great amount of cabinet storage. Kitchen well stocked, large pantry, marble counters and open concept to living area and huge balcony. Very easy access to beach. Our property manager was very attentive to any needs. Handful of nearby restaurants were great. Live music at quite a few. This is a getaway location that is private with just enough access to some outings as needed. Nearby boat, jetski, canoe/kayak rentals. Nearby Stump Pass Beach State Park is beautiful, especially at southwest gulf side end."

"This condo is small, but perfect for a couple looking to completely relax and enjoy the warm sunshine of SW Florida. The place was spotless when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were lovely to deal with and other residents polite and friendly. Daily walks on the beach, afternoon bobbing in the pool, and wonderful local restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The perfect antidote for de-stressing. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon."

"I have rented other properties over the years and I have to say this home was the best by far. My husband and I stayed for 1 week, we wished it was for much longer. The home is incredibly clean. The beds were most comfortable and the lines where of nice quality. The kitchen was filled with all the appliances you can ask for. The location is great. Outback actually more to the side is the lagoon where my husband enjoyed fishing and I enjoyed my morning coffee. We both enjoyed the manatees that visited mostly in the later afternoons. Across the main road (which is only a 2 lane road) and 1 block down (which was a total of maybe 5 house) you were at the beach. The beach itself felt like it was private. Collecting shells and sharks teeth was enjoyable. The owners provide you with bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and a grill. I couldn't believe how they even provided dish detergent and toilet tissue and the necessary cleaning products to maintain the home while you were there, also emergency back up such as candles and flashlights. They have truly thought of everything. The only thing they ask in return is you treat their home as you would want your home treated and reasonable so!!!! The island itself is relaxing and enjoyable. Stumps Pass and the local eaters where wonderful. I must add I live in Florida year round and I feel I live in paradise to begin with but it is always nice to go visit another part of Florida and Englewood Beach was wonderful ."
