"We spent the month of February 2015 in this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute. The house is decorated in a lovely "Martha Steward" beachy way- not over the top, just perfect. It has every ammenity and it is clean and well cared for. The beds, sofas and chairs are all up to date and comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and outdoor shower are all nicely appointed and very functional. The views of the ocean and bay are spectacular. On the top floor you feel as if you are in a tree house with lovely breezes and beauty wherever you look.
The beach is very close and quite nice. It was never crowded and you can walk for miles and even attend yoga classes on the beach should you desire. Sundays at sunset there is a drumming circle on the beach - just a short walk from the house.
Restaurants and rentals for kyaks etc. are in walking distance.
Manasota Key is a pleasure to visit. There is not much traffic and there is plenty of boating, kyaking, fishing and shelling to keep everyone happy. All this is quiet, peaceful environment with no crowds and no high-rises.
We can't wait to return."

"My husband and I had an amazing week. We were in Manasota Key in July and couldn't wait to come back in September. We brought our kids in July and even though it was a great time with them, we decided to come back alone. Unbelievable secluded beach. My husband fished from the shore sometimes 4 times in one day. We went on one guided fly fishing trip and caught a lot of fish- too many to count. The house was beautiful. The second you walk in and see the view from the main room, you begin to relax. Hard to leave. We'll be back soon! Thanks again."

"We just returned from a 2 month stay at La Coquina & thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is close to shopping, a number of fine restaurants (Lock-n-Key & Maria's Italian Restaurant are musts) & of course the best part - the beach! There are wonderful sunsets to see, shark shells to collect as you walk the beach & a wonderful lanai to sit & relax at either eating your meals or reading a book... or even snoozing on the lounge chair listening to the waves. The pool is very close by & it seemed like we had it to oursleves most of the time. They have everything you need for the enjoying the area - beach chairs, coolers, bikes, even fishing gear. You will not be sorry ot come enjoy this clean condo by the beach."
