"My husband and I have stayed at this penthouse haven at least half a dozen times over the past 2 years, and just this January I celebrated a milestone birthday with 4 girlfriends here. All I can say is, it's never long enough to absorb all that the resort-like community offers, along with the endless adventures that can be explored all around the vicinity. Last fall, we drove for a single night stay to Fort Lauderdale and back and it was simple, fantastic and so entertaining. The photos featured do not do the actual condo or the resort, justice. The real-life experience of it all is far more spectacular! It is all much grander, more breathtaking than captured here. The condominium itself is expansive with high ceilings and ample room for all guests to have complete privacy or gathering space. The decor and amenities are top-notch and yet comfortable without being fussy or high maintenance. It is all still fresh and new so no problems with cleanliness, upkeep, excessive wear and tear, or maintenance. The owners are well-informed and experienced regarding the resort and nearby areas. They are very easy to approach, accommodating within reason and are themselves very active and involved so have much insight to offer regarding getting the most out of your particular trip. The best part about this particular unit is that it is located just above its own pool and lounge area with a hot tub, BBQ and beach front, so if you don't want to join the main crowd at the central infinity pool (which is spectacular by the way), you can have coffee and read a book out by the beachfront dock area in more private settings and indulge in a late night hot tub or swim in relative quiet and ease. If you forget something in the unit, it's rather convenient to go back and forth as well. As for things to do nearby, you can run yourself ragged trying to keep up with all of the shopping (buy, buy, buy), food (eat, eat, eat) and entertaining (dance, drink, listen, lounge) that is at your doorstep. It's rather a central artery to many other hot spots in Florida so a mere 30 minutes, or an hour here and there and you have a whole different part of Florida to explore. I suggest you take the time to map out anything you want to explore if you are aiming for a full and diverse holiday. Otherwise, sit back, sip a cocktail or two, sun, swim, sail, or stroll at your leisure and truly feel like a pampered celebrity in this posh and distinguished community. You won't regret it!"Guest: M Date of Stay: January 2012 Review Submitted: April 3, 2012View listing
"Home is exactly as depicted. Very warm, comfortable décor. Lots of room, great lanai. Clean and well maintained. Owner lives in the community and provides an immediate response to any questions. We highly recommend this property and this community. Close to everything. Highly recommend the Rib City Grill, right down the street....best ribs ever!"Guest: Christine H. "My wife and I spent 2 months in this particular unit. It is an end unit that gives one extra light, very clean second(top) floor unit. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a real bounus as one of our sons visited for a few days. This unit is also one of the few available in Breckinridge that has WiFi in the condo which is a real convenience. The unit is well appointed, clean, large and quiet and of course has a number of pools within a one minute walk.....if we returned to Breckinridge we would most certainly inquire about this condo again."Guest: Pat & Rita Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: January 12, 2014View listing
Estero Travel Tips
Friends, Fun, and Estero Vacation Rentals
There's nothing quite like a private party on the beach or trying new exciting things! Estero vacation rentals are the perfect place to stay and enjoy a break from school -- like Spring Break -- with all of your best friends.
In Estero, there are lots of fun things to do. Several malls are within close driving distance, along with spas and the beach. For the adventurous, hiking and exploring, snorkeling and scuba diving are available. If you've never played tennis or golf, this could be a great time to learn or to brush up on your skills. Lying around on the beach sunbathing is also fun, but don't forget your sunscreen! You can hang out in a Jacuzzi or hot tub just to relax. Renting a movie and staying in for the night in the Estero condos might be similar to being at home, but is so much better!
On the beach, you can collect seashells, throw a Frisbee, or whatever other beach activities your heart desires. Sailing and boating are fun ways to enjoy the water without actually jumping in and swimming -- and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore will be the perfect soundtrack to a wonderful day of fun!
Exploring the Local Life
Estero beach rentals are located near historical sites and history buffs can spend many hours exploring the area. Later, you can splurge and eat out on the town in one of the local eateries, or choose to enjoy a home-cooked meal in the comfort of your condo instead. To wind up your wonderful day, you and your friends can go for a drive through the beautiful neighborhoods to see just what makes Estero such a great place to be.
