"We spent a month renting Terry's condo. When we arrived it was very clean and well-maintained. Terry was very accommodating and ready to help anytime. The view was great and we enjoyed having our coffee on the patio in the morning. We saw dolphins splashing right in front of the unit. We really felt at home and had fun discovering our surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 4, 2014View listing

"We had the beach to ourselves. We met people strolling for shells or walking their dog, but we were the only ones sitting on the beach for two weeks with our Labrador who loves to swim. The water was full of life. We saw a manatee, sting rays, dolphins, a baby hammerhead and there were people night fishing for sharks. We really lucked out with the weather, in the 80's the first week and high 70's the second. The location was great and you can walk to Casey Key Fish House for great food or a short drive to Ophelia's Pasta or Rosebuds for Prime Rib, both vey good. We expected to be remote, but It was a short drive, 5 minutes, to Walmart or CVS or nail salons or anything you need. We drove 20 minutes to Siesta Key and the beach was gorgeous, but packed. A great restaurant in Siesta was Ophelias on the Bay, where we spent Christmas. A 30 minute drive brought us to Sarasota or Lido Key and Armand's Circle and shopping. The house was perfect for us with 3 comfortable bedrooms, all new appliances, nice bathrooms. It has a tile floor throughout which was great so we could sweep up sand we tracked in despite our rinsing in a bucket. The only area of improvement would be the inside patio and living room furniture, which was weathered and stained. Slip covers that could be washed and weatherproof plastic chairs would be a cheap and great improvement. The owner was very responsive when we emailed her with a question. We had a great vacation and would love to go back."Guest: Kathleen K. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 21, 2014View listing
"Well-appointed , very clean 2 bedroom 2bath with a very nice lanai view--watched sunrise most mornings. Sanibel is quiet though, don't expect night life. Great bike path goes all the way to Captiva. We enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming in the pool."Guest: TravelzALot Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 14, 2014View listing
Estero Travel Tips
Friends, Fun, and Estero Vacation Rentals
There's nothing quite like a private party on the beach or trying new exciting things! Estero vacation rentals are the perfect place to stay and enjoy a break from school -- like Spring Break -- with all of your best friends.
In Estero, there are lots of fun things to do. Several malls are within close driving distance, along with spas and the beach. For the adventurous, hiking and exploring, snorkeling and scuba diving are available. If you've never played tennis or golf, this could be a great time to learn or to brush up on your skills. Lying around on the beach sunbathing is also fun, but don't forget your sunscreen! You can hang out in a Jacuzzi or hot tub just to relax. Renting a movie and staying in for the night in the Estero condos might be similar to being at home, but is so much better!
On the beach, you can collect seashells, throw a Frisbee, or whatever other beach activities your heart desires. Sailing and boating are fun ways to enjoy the water without actually jumping in and swimming -- and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore will be the perfect soundtrack to a wonderful day of fun!
Exploring the Local Life
Estero beach rentals are located near historical sites and history buffs can spend many hours exploring the area. Later, you can splurge and eat out on the town in one of the local eateries, or choose to enjoy a home-cooked meal in the comfort of your condo instead. To wind up your wonderful day, you and your friends can go for a drive through the beautiful neighborhoods to see just what makes Estero such a great place to be.
