  • What a wonderful place !

"We had a great stay in D-47 ! The view from the roof deck is a great way to start and end each day. The condo was great itself but the complex is just great for families. We love Sanibel and will be back ! Dave and Sandy were more than helpful with any questions we had."

  • Exceeded expectations!

"Just left Paradise Cottage a couple hours ago about to board our flight home and everyone in the family already wants to book a stay again next year! Paradise Cottage was amazing. My family and I enjoyed catching starfish, jellyfish, crab, and large snails off the private dock (a bit disappointed as we didn't see any manatees during our stay but seeing wildlife is never a guarantee). The house itself was very spacious, kitchen had all the amenities we needed, gas grill on back patio was great for cookouts, master bed and bath upstairs was very enjoyable. Patio deck off master bedroom was a bit worn down and could use some tlc. Beach was only a minute walk across the street. The included cabanas and beach chairs came in handy every day as did the beach toys for the kids. The island itself was remarkable. We did not rent a golf cart but will definitely do so next time we return so we can venture out onto the island more frequently. The house also had a couple bikes which were great to explore a bit. All in all an outstanding stay at Paradise Cottage. We learned the property would soon be sold so we're hoping it'll still be available to rent next year! A big thanks for the excellent communication from the owners and property manager - all went extremely smooth! Until next time Don Pedro Island!"

  • Wonderful Home in a Great Location!

"My husband and I just spent 4 weeks at this home on Captiva Island. We will definitely go back. It easily became our home away from home. The house was so clean and comfortable that we felt at home right away. The large and updated kitchen was wonderful. The house was roomy and bright. The house is part of a small community of homes a short walk from the marvelous and unique "downtown" Captiva. The community itself is also beautifully maintained and provides tennis courts, a large and heated pool and a walkway to the gorgeous beach just a short distance from the house. Be sure to make the acquaintance of George who works in the community. He gave us great ideas for adventures and restaurants. The Mucky Duck and The Green Flash are wonderful restaurants within walking distance of the house, while the Mad Hatter is a short drive just across the bridge into Sanibel for a sunset, more upscale dinner. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge is also in Sanibel and we visited it 3 times in 4 weeks. Right across the road from our house are boat docks where we saw manatees swimming almost every day, with pelicans, herons and snowy egrets everywhere. We also took a dolphin watching cruise where dolphins jump and swim right alongside the boat. Of course, the dolphins swim close to the beach as well. it's great. Again, all of this is within a short distance from this wonderful house in a great location! During our second week, we had another couple visit with us and they has a great and relaxing time. My sister stayed with us the fourth week and reports it was the most relaxing vacation she's ever had. Our contact with the owner, Carole, was always timely, cordial and informative. She sent us information about the house and Captiva even before we left for vacation and that was so helpful. We could not believe it when our 4 weeks were up. We were sad to leave and are looking forward to our next vacation at this wonderful home in a great location."

  • Amazing Ocean View!

"Wow, what a beautiful place! The condo was very bright, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The ocean view from the large deck was incredible and exactly what we were looking for. The location of the unit to both the ocean and the pool was great! We were in the area from Minnesota for a family wedding on Lido Beach and couldn't have been happier with this find! We definitely plan on going back to Siesta Key and hopefully can stay at this beautiful condo again! Thank you!!"

Estero Travel Tips

Friends, Fun, and Estero Vacation Rentals

There's nothing quite like a private party on the beach or trying new exciting things! Estero vacation rentals are the perfect place to stay and enjoy a break from school -- like Spring Break -- with all of your best friends.

In Estero, there are lots of fun things to do. Several malls are within close driving distance, along with spas and the beach. For the adventurous, hiking and exploring, snorkeling and scuba diving are available. If you've never played tennis or golf, this could be a great time to learn or to brush up on your skills. Lying around on the beach sunbathing is also fun, but don't forget your sunscreen! You can hang out in a Jacuzzi or hot tub just to relax. Renting a movie and staying in for the night in the Estero condos might be similar to being at home, but is so much better!

On the beach, you can collect seashells, throw a Frisbee, or whatever other beach activities your heart desires. Sailing and boating are fun ways to enjoy the water without actually jumping in and swimming -- and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore will be the perfect soundtrack to a wonderful day of fun!

Exploring the Local Life

Estero beach rentals are located near historical sites and history buffs can spend many hours exploring the area. Later, you can splurge and eat out on the town in one of the local eateries, or choose to enjoy a home-cooked meal in the comfort of your condo instead. To wind up your wonderful day, you and your friends can go for a drive through the beautiful neighborhoods to see just what makes Estero such a great place to be.
