"I would like to tell everyone that we had a relaxing vacation at The Anne Paradise Beach Home, the pool was great for cooling off after sight-seeing in the area. The Location was very important to us and It was perfect, close enough to walk to everything but far enough away to have quiet when we needed it. Close to Shops ,Restaurants and Beaches, you cannot ask for a better location. It was perfect for our family of Four Adult ,Two Girls and our little dog.
This cute cottage has it all. Besides 2 beds, 2 baths, a pool with screen around, and a fenced in backyard.
This house had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The home was stocked with all kitchen items, gas grill, linens, and even beach chairs. The walk to the beach was like 5 minutes if you prefer another beaches you can drive to Sanibel or Captiva Islands where you can collect a different type of Seashells.
If you want a change from the beach would also recommend the Edison and Ford Winter Estate Museum ,The Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum and for the Female family The Tanger OutLet Mall and after you can refresh in the pool.
My Family had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Anne is a wonderful host.
Thanks Anne for everything and it was nice to meet you."

"We have stayed on Sanibel several times but not at this end of the island. We loved being so close to Lighthouse Beach and saw dolphins several times when we walked to the fishing pier. Lovely comfy condo with plenty of space and well equipped. We would choose to stay here again without question. Sanibel is such a friendly place with lots of different eating options. We have always loved our stays on the island and hope to come back. It's a shame it's such a long way to come for us but...."

"My daughter and I arrived during a beautiful sunset after a long day, and were uplifted the moment we saw the colorful hand made entry sign welcoming us to Life's A Beach Cottage.
We felt a true sense of home as we entered and settled in for our 4 days on Captiva Island.
Every detail is attended to from the fully appointed and colorful kitchen, to the super comfortable beds and beautifully decorated rooms. The gorgeous island inspired paintings throughout the house add to the exotic tropical feeling, as do the lovely fabrics and coordinated colors in each room. We tried to do much of what was suggested by the owner and in the information booklet, from kayaking in Tarpon Bay, wildlife viewing in Ding Darling, and the famous shell museum, (Sanibel) to Manatee watching at the marina, sunset at Mucky Duck, and a super fun dinner at The Bubble Room. All were wonderful experiences! The cottage is perfectly located so we could walk to most everything, including the very close beach, yet its set in the middle of a short quiet street so we had calm, peaceful evenings. My daughter and I loved every minute here, and only wished we had more days to stay. There would be plenty of room for our whole family or a few friends to stay as well, but it retains a cute cozy feel with an artistic, sophisticated flair.
Icing on the cake, the full moon peeking out from the clouds directly above, through the living room sky light. We would come back in a heartbeat."

"We (my husband and brother) had to attend a family wedding in Boca Grande and were so glad we chose this property. It exceeded our expectations and the pictures on the website does not do it justice. The cottage has a great quiet location within walking distance to downtown and the beach. We just enjoyed "being there", the outside porch area and courtyard were so comfortable and tranquil, a great break from all the wedding activities going on. Family members and friends would stop by and comment on how cute it was and by far the best accommodation choice of any of us. Everything was very clean and fully equipped, we enjoyed a lot of meals and relaxing happy hours. Thank you Andy for doing a great job on your property and being so responsive to all my questions."
