  • Beautiful dover flex villa [the largest] with private pool.

"This is a beautifully appointed two to three bedroom villa which includes all the extras. Vaulted ceilings, upgrades in all rooms, ceiling fans in all rooms. The villa overlooks a small lake and the 14th hole putting green on the Royal Golf Course. Great neighbors... quiet cul de sac. Two car garage. We have enjoyed being here the last three years but have decided to purchase in this development this year.... includes everything you will need to stay here comfortably. Prime location, close to clubhouse. You can fish in a small lake outside your lanai or swim in the great private swimming pool, cook on the grille and enjoy eating outside on the large lanai. There are also larger pools at the clubhouse and the Lodge.... Not an over 55 development so children and grandchildren are welcome. The Owner is quick to resolve any minor issues which might come up. Photos don't give this property justice. It is just beautiful and well taken care of. Numerous restaurants closeby including Texas Road House, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chillis, lots of fast food, grocery stores and shopping nearby. A super location."

  • A month in Province Park

"My wife and I spent an enjoyable and relaxing month of November 2012 at this location. Province Park and its general layout and condo layout and size were already familiar to us having visited family members in the previous year. We were very pleasantly surprised upon entering our rental condo. It was very well appointed, with ample, comfortable, and up to date seating in the living room and dining area. The master bed room and bath were a very generous size, very clean and bright, and the bed very comfortable. The condo over all was bright, attractively decorated, easy to maintain, and all appliances were up to date and very functional. The kitchen was an pleasant place to make meals, having sufficient tools, as well as being a nice blue and white in colour to contrast the neutral of the living room. The bright sunshine and lagoon with a water fountain greeted you every morning. The setting sun reflected its color off the lagoon every evening. The gated community is quiet, secure and very spacious in area, and attractive. It has nicely mained and manicured grounds, with plenty of pleasant walking and bicycling areas, and nice green vistas with plenty of lagoons all containing fountains. The pool and club house are also great, and just a short walk away. The pool has lots of lounges to relax on, and is a perfect place to cool off. The pool and club house have all the amenities, as well as very friendly conversations with other guests and owners of Province Park. Everything is just around the corner as we jokingly say. We did not visit a restaurant we did not like. We visited several large malls in the area that are all just a short drives away; and, of course; outlets "just around the corner" and everywhere. Access to main arteries is excellent. The drive to the beach is about 1/2 hour...go early to get a parking spot. Although being a great distances apart, our dealings with the owners were very professional, pleasant and efficient. We had an excellent time, at an excellent location, and would definitely like to return. My wife and I both recommend this listing highly."

  • Heritage Palms-1st floor end unit-2 bedroom plus den and lanai

"The owner worked with us on details through emails and a few phone calls to make our connection to the Heritage Palms enjoyable. We had not taken a month vacation before, so we wanted to make sure this was the one condo that would give us some surprises and at the same time be enjoyable. The condo pictures were representative of what we found as we arrived. The ornate glass tables, Floridian pictures, and the off white furniture made for elegance to desire. Both beds, one with king, and the other with queen were both very comfortable. Linens with different textures were available for changes and plenty of towels and cloths in the bathroom made laundry loads easy. The kitchen was equipped with almost any gadget, silverware, and dishes for different occasions, and other essentials to make a good meal. We enjoyed the many different kinds of birds making their splash in the lake just outside the lanai. We would recommend this condo to couples who enjoy playing golf or like us just a nice walk in the morning, checking out one of the nearby islands, having lunch at the clubhouse, and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening on the lanai. The property is located very close to grocery stores and just about any restaurant you desire. We enjoyed our stay very much."
