"My family and I (4 adults and 2 small children) loved this condo. My husband and I have stayed in this building before, smaller condo. This condo has ample space for a larger family who may need some privacy at times. In addition to the enormous master suite (with walk in closet) we were able to close off one of the bathrooms and make the twin bedroom a "suite".(they have a pocket door to the hall and a door into the room).. The kitchen was equipped everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. This unit is a corner unit, lots of beautiful sunlight if you choose to keep the drapes open. The location to grocery stores and "down town" is perfect. The trolley stop is located just outside the condo property and makes it very convenient to go north or south on the island. We enjoyed all of our meals on the lanai. The view of the beach and ocean is perfect. Prior to our arrival we were informed that the pool would be closed due to renovations, POOL? Who needs a pool when you have the ocean just outside your window? We experienced a hiccup with the air-conditioning..which was quickly resolved by the owner. We will return to this location and condo in the near future."

"We really enjoyed spending a week at this house. The location is awesome. Walkable to beach across the street and plenty of shops and restaurant. Heated pool in the back- very convenient for the kids. Love the spacious kitchen and great room and 3 bathrooms! Thanks for sharing."

"Our family as well as our friends vacationed and had a great time at the Anchorage Beach Home together. The location is awesome. A short walk to the beach (less than a city block) with two provided beach wagons made it easy to transport chairs, towels, coolers, etc. The beach was beautiful with just the right number of people for our taste. Not too quiet not too busy …
The home worked out well for our group of 10 with two separate families. Having two refrigerators and two kitchens with stovetops/ovens was a life safer! We dined in 3-4 evenings and truly loved being able to eat together at one table! We really appreciated having the two outside grills and they were certainly used!
The home was very clean and made you feel that you were at the beach with the fun “beachy” decor. Having the ability to vacation with a group of 10 and not being on top of one another was terrific! Every room had a digital TV with cable (the kids noticed this first, "OMG! Every room has a TV!"). The house also had high-speed internet (password is provided) which made my work easily accessible (boooooo!). For only half a second was I criticized by the kiddos for NOT knowing to bring the Wii or AppleTV. I told them to go jump in the pool...and they did.
The pool ended up being used a lot more than I would have thought! After the kids' day at the beach, a quick rinse off in the outdoor shower and a jump in the pool provided a perfect cool down!
For runners and walkers, a beach trek from the house to the pier and back is just over 3.25 miles. The sand is hard and flat at the tide line, and if you see a bunch of people staring into the sea, make sure you stop for a minute to admire the dolphins likely nearby. A run on Estero Blvd, across the bridge, and back is about 4.3. The view of the marina from the top of the bridge is fantastic! Stop to take a selfie! The bridge is also the ONLY elevation you will have on a run! Again, the pool provided an excellent cool down!
Morning coffee on the upstairs outside deck facing the sunrise, sunsets in the evening on the beach, and New Year's Fireworks on the beach at midnight were the best!
We had a great time and we will be back soon!"

"Our first major road trip with our kids was to Ft. Myers Beach and to the Pink Haus. Their first experience with the ocean was right outside in the backyard of this incredible location. It was amazing! The house is so nicely tucked away (from the front and back) that you feel a great amount of privacy but the ocean view is stunning. Our boys loved it and we felt so at home. We loved the decor in the home (the colors and artwork were incredible...wish i was as creative!). The pictures really don't do it justice here. I took my own pictures of every room just so I could remember it all!
It was very tough to leave this gorgeous place. We will be back in the future, that is a sure thing! Thank you for an amazing time!!!"
