Had a wonderful, relaxing time - felt right at home!
"Our family (2 adults and 2 sons aged 18 and 22) stayed for a week and had a great time. Everyone really liked the house. The pool provided a quiet place to just relax and reconnect (sons are away at college). There is a small backyard which was perfect for our 2 chihuahuas. The home was comfortable and cozy. The boys rode the bikes to the beach every evening while mom and dad chose to walk. We saw a manatee while sitting at the dock on the bay. Close to restaurants as well as the grocery. Had a great time and would definitely stay there again."

"This rental home is more than advertised. It is walking distance to beach , trolley is easy transportation around the beach. Pool is relaxing and clean. House is large and very accommodating for our large family. It's on a quiet street and if you want music and atmosphere, it's a short ride or walk away. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone.we will be back. Thank you for the wonderful week."

"Just got back from this beach rental and I must say I am very pleased. I was there for a week long business trip and took advantage of the location. I could have stayed at a regular chain hotel but opted to have the accommodations that I would have at home. The rental price was a steal, since low season in Florida is summer time. $700 for the week plus all the fees and taxes totaled up to $950, went to Publix and spent another $100 for all I needed during that week, needless to say that my company was very pleased to know I did an entire week stay at less than $200 a day. The place is clean, in a great location and you just cross the street and have beach access. This side of the island is not as crowded as the main side where all the shops are at. This is more of a residential feel and you have the beach almost to yourself. The management company was great! I literally called them the afternoon before my check-in day and told them I needed accommodations for the next day... she was there just another ten minutes before leaving for the day but still managed to accommodate me. I arrived the next day and everything was there for me in the business lock box. The only negative I would say, and it did not present a problem for us really, is the AC situation. Florida is HOT and I am not sure on the insulation of the place but we had to keep the AC on at all times. Follow the directions they have written on the AC box and just let it run. Leave it on Auto and gradually lower the temp... It will be in the 80's when you get in the first day, lower it to 76, then to 74 and so on until you get your desired temp. It will cool down, it will just take time. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having this available for me in such short notice."

"Our family of 7, 2 adults and 5 children, had a wonderful vacation at Harmony House in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. The house was exceptioanlly neat and clean. There were ample supplies of plates, cooking utensils, silverware and pots and pans. The BBQ was clean and easy to use, and large enough to grill for 7 people. On those rainy days we had many games to choose from which was lots of fun. The layout was perfect where we could be together for meals or playing games, then separate to get some quiet time. It was an ideal house for swimming and fishing. We were lucky enough to catch a few fish of varying types, and my son he had 2 large sharks on his line. We had a daily visit from a manatee and made friends with the local birds. The house was located just across the street from the gorgeous white sand beach and was a short 4 mile bike ride from the pier and times square.
All in all it was a perfect house for our vacation."
