"The description and pictures do not do this property justice. This cottage is beautifully decorated and well maintained. You do not need anything other than your personal belongings and food as it has all the necessities you require: stocked kitchen utensils, quality linens and towels including beach towels, beach bag (thankfully since I forgot mine), chairs and beach toys. The location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals, shopping, Topps Grocery and one of the local churches. The screened porch was the perfect place for breakfast in the mornings and cocktails in the evening while watching the most gorgeous sunsets you will ever see. There are numerous options for water sports/activities along the beach. We opted for bike rides, beach walks, reading and relaxing. The beach in front of the cottage is not as crowded as the area down by the pier. My husband and I have traveled to Ft Myers Beach numerous times. This was the first time at this property but we are already making plans for our next visit here. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven on earth with us!"

we are not sure if it is an good idea to speak about our holidays because we want to come back..may be too many people want to come too....
Ok.. we like to share our impressions....visiting Florida since 25 years we found our 2nd home... You Randy ,was a great host , we felt coming home from the first moment and you welcome us like old friends.
Your house is so beautiful, everything we expect we found in this house. Next time we will travel just with handluggage because we need nothing,,,,just a bikini and shorts and some suntan ...
We enjoyed every minute and spent a lot of time in your house...We loved to take our first cup of coffee 7am( Rolf later...) on the terrace and also the last glas of wine late in the night.
Everything is so clean and prepared so carefully and in every part of this house is full of creative and lovely things.
You have a great home, thank you for sharing it and we will come back next year!!
And please come to visit us here in Düsseldorf for more "Killepitsch" and Mustard;))
Big hug and see you soon.
Rolf and Yvonne"

"This cottage has a very cozy feel with a décor befitting it's beach location. A nice view of the gulf from the deck was the perfect backdrop for enjoying the evening breeze. Easy access to the beach made it perfect for enjoying the surf and sand any time of day, with great views of the surrounding area. The pier and Times Square are within walking distance, with many restaurants and shops to be enjoyed. This is an ideal location for a walkabout vacation or within driving distance of local destinations."

"Our family stayed here recently and loved it! The location is terrific! Close to the nightlife of Times Square, but far enough away that it's quiet and not crowded. It's also an easy walk to Bowditch Park. The view is unobstructed of the water and sunsets. There is a huge beach in front of the house, so plenty of room to spread out without others too close by. The kitchen was up-to-date. One of the pull-out couches is in a bedroom with a queen size bed, so plan accordingly if you have a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would definitely rent it again."
