  • Fantastic House and Pool Area

"Stayed here for two weeks in August with my wife, twin boys (9) and the grandparents. We have vacationed in FMB for the last four years and this house is by far the best we have stayed in. The house itself is excellent - vey well appointed, everything is well maintained and high end appliances. The main living area is very spacious, the rooms are great (no twin beds though) & the kitchen is well equipped. Its the pool and outside area that steal the show - the pool is large with LED lighting for night time swimming - there is a great outdoor furniture that you can all relax in as well as a dining table - the boat dock is great and as the house is near the end of the street, you can see right into the backwater bay. All in all - great place to stay, owner is very helpful and nice to deal with, will definitely be back."

  • The Good Life!!

"My family and I stayed at this incredible beach house two times during the summer of 2014 (July and September). From the first moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a great time!! It started with the private covered parking, then the elevator to upload luggage and groceries. This is a clean and spacious home with private bathrooms for all three bedrooms. The master bedroom actually affords great privacy as it is on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of chairs on the screened porch and deck, a charcoal grill, plenty of beach towels, and chairs to take down to the beach. We started each day with breakfast on the screened porch and ended it watching the sunset from the open deck. The WiFi was an added bonus. The property manager lives directly behind this house and was extremely helpful. Thank you for such an awesome vacation retreat--we loved every moment!!"

  • Great rental!

"You really can not go wrong renting this condo. The kitchen and floors have recently been updated, it is very clean and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked and the views are beautiful. The elevator is a bonus if you have a lot of luggage. We were 5 young 55+ females staying for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed the location, the beach and especially the lanai. We used the lanai every morning for breakfast and almost every evening for dinner or just sitting around playing cards, a game or just talking. It is one of the best features of the condo. The on sight agent was great, she met us there the first day and made sure we had everything we needed and encouraged us to call if we needed anything. Later in the day we found that we did not have beach chairs, we called Ann and she made sure we had chairs the next day. Very sweet lady. You can also tell that the homeowner's take a lot of pride in their property. The furnishing's are very nice and everything is well maintained. We will recommend Elevator to Paradise to family and friends."

  • Home away from Home

"The perfect pink house for our vacation. There were 7 of us who stayed in this perfect beach house and we were very pleased. It was supplied with everthing we needed. No need to pack beach towels and beach accessories because they are provided. Beach chairs, umbrella's, beach carts to haul your things to the beach, cooler, toys, you name it. Super clean and well equipped for anyone. Several fish caught from the dock at the house. Pool was great. Well maintained. We saw Manatee's and Dolphin passing by in the Bay while sitting by the poolside. I would recommend this house to anyone for their family vacation. Be sure and try the Heavenly Biscuits on Estero Blvd!"
