  • Relaxing vacation

"Four years of perfect weather, a ground level view of the bay, and a pool just steps from our door. The kitchen has been remodeled, and is open to the living area. Easy to converse while you cook! While we love being on the quiet end of the key, we know that shopping and the white sands of Siesta Key Beach are only a few miles away. Donna is always friendly and attentive. We love this condo!"

  • Month of January in Naples, Florida at condo in Winter Park

"The condo is very spacious and clean with a great location. The complex has a great pool for swimming and sun bathing. The location of the condo is convenient to Publix grocery, Starbuck's and a great Mexican and Italian restaurants. It is close to 5th Avenue where there is great shopping and upscale restaurants. Also, Third Street is close which is the old Naples and also has upscale shopping and restaurants. The condo is 10 to 15 minutes away from the Pier and the Beach and the Coastland Mall. Naples is definitely a fun place to vacation. Ed and Sandy"

  • Can't beat this condo and the amenities

"We rented this unit in January 2015 and we have already booked it for 3months in 2016. It is very nicely furnished and has all the extras in the kitchen. It has as many dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and silverware as I have at home. We enjoyed having the following provided by the owner: two beach chairs, two bikes, fishing rods, beach towels, two yoga mats.... and a storage closet for those large items and the bike we brought with us. The internet worked perfectly as my husband is still conducting business down here. The clubhouse is terrific. I take yoga two mornings a week and water aerobics two mornings a week ..all on the property. The weight room has top notch well maintained machines. The pool is large and heated. There is a byo party every Sunday evening and a cookout every Friday afternoon. We checked out all the rental properties in the area and could not find anything to compare. Cape Haze Resort is the place to be and This unit supplies everything you need...right down to plenty of light bulbs. They have thought of everything. Thanks Dan and Rebecca!"

  • Another Great Week

"This was my family's second time staying at this condo. Another unforgettable week of fun and relaxation. The condo upgrades were spot on. This is just a beautiful place to stay at Siesta Key. Days on the beach, sunset dinners on the patio, and short walks into the beach village. If you have time go to The Broken Egg for a great breakfast on Sunday morning and go over to the little farmers market. We have already booked for 2015."

Fort Myers Beach Travel Tips

More than 6,200 people call Fort Myers Beach home. This town located on Estero Island wasn't officially incorporated until December 1995, making it a newer Floridian hotspot. Although Fort Myers Beach may be small, more than 1.8 million visitors flock there every year to enjoy the beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, golf and entertainment along the Gulf.

There's no undertow in Fort Myers Beach, making it the "World's Safest Beach" and perfect for families who want to get their toes wet. The entire island is 7 miles long, a nice walk or jog for those who want to work in a little exercise on their trip.

The area that was once home to Native Americans and Spaniards is a favorite among tourists who dine on "pink gold" shrimp and celebrate the fishing industry with the week-long Shrimp Festival held in March.

Fort Myers Beach Attractions

There's a lot to do on the tiny island of Estero including water sports, beach activities and outdoor and indoor attractions. There are 25 public beach accesses on the Gulf side of Estero Island that are marked for easy spotting.

You can stop by one of several playgrounds and parks in Fort Myers Beach. Head to Lynn Hall Memorial Park, where you can fish off of a 600-foot pier. Sports lovers can venture over to Bay Oaks Recreation Center for basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.

There are 17 acres of fun on the northern tip of Estero Island at Bowditch Point Regional Park. For more protected wildlife areas, check out the Matanzas Pass Wildlife Preserve with a restored cottage, 42 acres of wilderness and a sanctuary for native plants and animals. Seven acres are developed for a park and the rest remains part of a preservation. There are boardwalks that allow visitors to Estero Back Bay access to observe ospreys and pelicans as they fish for food. Kayaks and canoes are available at Oyster Bay and Lovers Key Barrier Island.
