  • Absolutely Stunning!

"We've stayed in VRBO homes and condos around the country and this is the nicest place we have encountered. We spent Thanksgiving week here this year. For a couple (60's+) we loved the privacy, quiet and immediate proximity to the beach. We're not 'beach' people, but I love the sound of the surf 24/7 for relaxing and sleeping, and this unit couldn't be closer to the water. We enjoyed walks on the beach several times a day. There is a fabulous view from every window, and the unit is so light and airy, and though the parking garage was nearly full, we never heard another guest. Karen was very gracious in accommodating our requests, and we really had few. The condo was well stocked, from beach amenities to basic spices, utensils, and even a few food items. We loved that the unit was so clean and uncluttered. It is tastefully decorated without being 'over the top'. The location is ideal, with grocery across the street and many fine restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed "Heidi's Island Bistro" nearby, for very good German food from Stuttgart natives Axel and Heidi. We return to Colorado tonight and will miss our beach and warm weather, but if we ever vacation in Florida again we will find a way to make it back the this property. Karen, thank you for making this such a memorable vacation."

  • Relaxing!

"We enjoyed staying at your condo; the 2 bedroom, 2 bath home was very comfortable for the 3 of us. Plus all of the extras, beach towels, chairs, a cooler. Well equipped kitchen and more. We enjoyed the relaxing pool where we met friendly residents. The grill and picnic area was a plus. We used the grill at least every other day. Fort Myers Beach was a short walk and across the street. The beautiful and relaxing white sand beach and cool clear water is refreshing; the sunsets are a sight to behold. Loved our stay. Thank you!"

  • Amazing penthouse beach resort.

"Owner Rick was easy to book with from the start. Had all the steps for us ahead of time and we arrived late but got in with no hick-ups. The place exceeded our expectations. Gorges view from the room and the balcony is what I really enjoyed. Place is up to date, pool is never to crowded, plenty of parking as well. Really relaxing place. Perfect for two. Will be back again."

  • Perfect getaway for rest and relaxation !

"The Kona Beach Club is an excellent property for rest and relaxation, the beach is right out the front door with lounge chairs and beach towels for your use. Located with in a ten minute walk on the beach or sidewalks to numerous restaurants and bars so you do not need to move your car once you arrive. The condo has plenty of space for a couple to relax and has everything you would need for an extended stay, full kitchen and a great couch, the bed is got to be the most comfortable one we have ever slept on ! I would highly recommend this property for consideration if you want to spend time on the beach in the Fort Myers Beach area. Lisa is a great owner and will answer any questions quickly and thoroughly. The unit was spotless upon our arrival and all appliances worked perfectly. We will definitely stay here again !"

Fort Myers Beach Travel Tips

More than 6,200 people call Fort Myers Beach home. This town located on Estero Island wasn't officially incorporated until December 1995, making it a newer Floridian hotspot. Although Fort Myers Beach may be small, more than 1.8 million visitors flock there every year to enjoy the beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, golf and entertainment along the Gulf.

There's no undertow in Fort Myers Beach, making it the "World's Safest Beach" and perfect for families who want to get their toes wet. The entire island is 7 miles long, a nice walk or jog for those who want to work in a little exercise on their trip.

The area that was once home to Native Americans and Spaniards is a favorite among tourists who dine on "pink gold" shrimp and celebrate the fishing industry with the week-long Shrimp Festival held in March.
