  • Doggy lovers

"What a perfect place to stay with pets. It was a huge savings over the casa rental, especially with pets. We have 2 dogs that are 50 lbs and it's next to impossible to find a condo right on the beach, on ft myers beach, we'll any beach to take 2 large dogs! We can take them right onto the beach and out front to sit, watch the sunset, and walk for miles. They are welcome anywhere but the pool area, that's to the side of the building. Very nice little place with a nice sized bathroom and screened in porch area. The location is very convenient and close to the main beach where all the action is, but far enough away and very quite. Estero Blvd is lined with beautiful royal plams and side walks to walk to the town Sq. I will be returning next year and maybe earlier! Thanks kate"

  • Absolutely Awesome place to stay for a vacation

"We have a family of 8, and we stayed there for a full week. I couldn't pry my kids away to go back home. Perfect condition, accommodations, everything works, and literally within a couple hundred feet from the main strip, beachfront and gulf. You are at the center of Ft. Meyers Beach. I can't wait to go back, and neither can my kids. I don't think I'll drive next either, since everything is walking distance. Thank You!!!!!!"

Fort Myers Beach Travel Tips

More than 6,200 people call Fort Myers Beach home. This town located on Estero Island wasn't officially incorporated until December 1995, making it a newer Floridian hotspot. Although Fort Myers Beach may be small, more than 1.8 million visitors flock there every year to enjoy the beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, golf and entertainment along the Gulf.

There's no undertow in Fort Myers Beach, making it the "World's Safest Beach" and perfect for families who want to get their toes wet. The entire island is 7 miles long, a nice walk or jog for those who want to work in a little exercise on their trip.

The area that was once home to Native Americans and Spaniards is a favorite among tourists who dine on "pink gold" shrimp and celebrate the fishing industry with the week-long Shrimp Festival held in March.
