  • Spectacular!

"The owners of this condo have put up a terrific rental property. We absolutely loved the view and the resort itself was just right! Great Pool and hot tub, nice restaurant. We had a small issue with one of the TV's and the owners (Who we personally met in the restaurant) insisted they come up and look at it and even seriously offered their own TV when we couldn't get it to work! Who wants two TVs up in that condo anyway!!! (We respectfully declined.)The beach was an easy walk away and one of the best shelling beaches we have explored along the Atlantic Coast, Bahamas, and west coast Florida. We only wish we could book this place during the winter times that it is blacked out. Maybe in the next year. We highly recommend!"

  • Ft Myers Beach Wanna-Be's

"Just returned home from the Holliday Beach House. From the moment we arrived, this place felt like home because of Dave (the owner). It's really great to have the owner on site with so much knowledge about the area. In addition, the location cannot be beat. Being right on the beach, walking distance to stores and restaurants, and quiet accommodations is what this house offers. Highly recommend Nervous Nellies, trip to Key West, Sanibel Island, and Lovers Key State Park. We feel like we stumbled onto a little golden gem with this house --- and the memories and friendship with Dave are priceless."

  • Best Spot on the Beach !!

"We have been going to Ft. Myers for 25 + years. This Condo & Complex is the BEST we have EVER stayed in. It was very clean and roomy. The unit is right on the beach. The condo manager is GREAT to work with."

  • Great location

"My husband and I stayed here with our 19 year old son. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked great for us. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer to use. We used the kayaks every day to go out to the bay. We saw dolphins, turtles, crabs, and birds. We did not use the bikes that were available but it was nice to have the option. The beach is a very short walk away. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to stay late on our departure day."

Fort Myers Beach Travel Tips

More than 6,200 people call Fort Myers Beach home. This town located on Estero Island wasn't officially incorporated until December 1995, making it a newer Floridian hotspot. Although Fort Myers Beach may be small, more than 1.8 million visitors flock there every year to enjoy the beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, golf and entertainment along the Gulf.

There's no undertow in Fort Myers Beach, making it the "World's Safest Beach" and perfect for families who want to get their toes wet. The entire island is 7 miles long, a nice walk or jog for those who want to work in a little exercise on their trip.

The area that was once home to Native Americans and Spaniards is a favorite among tourists who dine on "pink gold" shrimp and celebrate the fishing industry with the week-long Shrimp Festival held in March.

Fort Myers Beach Attractions

There's a lot to do on the tiny island of Estero including water sports, beach activities and outdoor and indoor attractions. There are 25 public beach accesses on the Gulf side of Estero Island that are marked for easy spotting.

You can stop by one of several playgrounds and parks in Fort Myers Beach. Head to Lynn Hall Memorial Park, where you can fish off of a 600-foot pier. Sports lovers can venture over to Bay Oaks Recreation Center for basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.

There are 17 acres of fun on the northern tip of Estero Island at Bowditch Point Regional Park. For more protected wildlife areas, check out the Matanzas Pass Wildlife Preserve with a restored cottage, 42 acres of wilderness and a sanctuary for native plants and animals. Seven acres are developed for a park and the rest remains part of a preservation. There are boardwalks that allow visitors to Estero Back Bay access to observe ospreys and pelicans as they fish for food. Kayaks and canoes are available at Oyster Bay and Lovers Key Barrier Island.
