  • Great holidays from the first moment

"My family (2adults,4teenager) just came back from this gorgeous place. We had two great weeks in this beautiful beach house that answers every whish one could possibly have in advance. Awesome view, plenty of chairs on the screened porch and deck, spacious home with private bathrooms for all three bedrooms, excellent equipped kitchen, plenty beach towels, and just 30 seconds to reach the beach.....best in the morning was drinking coffee while watching birds and dolfins, in the evening waiting for the sunset. We made trips by boat, went to Sanibel, to the everglades, Audubon’s Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, outlet center…. The house manager lives right behind the house is very friendly and always helpful. We hope to come back with family or friends."

  • Excellent location

"Went with a girlfriend to get away from snow and be active! We really appreciated the security, decor & cleanliness of the condo and it had everything we needed. First thing was to open a couple Coronas to toast our long trip, turned around and there was a bottle opener magnet on frig! Sat on balcony overlooking a canal & trees. We kayaked with Crazy Women kayaks a couple blocks away which also has a Marina to rent boats or fish. Santini Plaza is next to kayak place with small shops and restaurants, which have great seafood and a flea market on Tues. & Sat. An amazing beach across the road from condo and Diego has beach chairs, towels, cooler & bag. Trolley bus close by if you want to go to busier Fort Myer Beach. Massage therapist only 5 blocks away which I needed. Short drive to Sanibel Island where we rented bikes for $10 but traffic is bumper to bumper on Estero Blvd. til you cross bridge. Deposit returned within a week. Perfect getaway. Would definitely recommend & go back. Diego easy to communicate with."

  • Great Location

"Our family (two adults and two kids, ages 18 and 14) had a great 2014 Christmas break in Florida at the Ft. Myers Beach condo. We drove from Wisconsin and it was great to have the wonderful sunshine and lovely white beach right outside of the condo. We all really enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the condo. Everyone we met at the condo was very friendly and helpful. Condo's private pool was very relaxing, however, we missed a hot tub. Condo's pantry was stocked with the necessities--salt, pepper and other seasoning. Plenty of linens and beach towels. New pull-out queen sofa in Living Room. Master bedroom had a king bed. Second bedroom had a queen bed (that wasn't the greatest). No WiFi. Very gracious owners. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo."

  • Our Family Vacation!!

"Michael, we want to thank you so much for providing us with a beautiful home away from home! Your Condo is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. We had an AMAZING vacation and were able to relax in beautiful surroundings. My Granddaughters had so much fun on the screened in deck. My 2 yr old Granddaughter called the patio Florida.....lol Every morning she would ask me to go out and play in Florida. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything that we could possibly need for the entire week. It was so nice having the beach access right across the road, made for great days of shelling. Everything was so nice and close, restaurants, stores and a delicious ice cream shop, just down the road. We went fishing and took our fish to the Fish house restaurant, which we highly recommend! We will definitely like to rent from you again! You all made this trip a great memory!"

Fort Myers Beach Travel Tips

More than 6,200 people call Fort Myers Beach home. This town located on Estero Island wasn't officially incorporated until December 1995, making it a newer Floridian hotspot. Although Fort Myers Beach may be small, more than 1.8 million visitors flock there every year to enjoy the beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, golf and entertainment along the Gulf.

There's no undertow in Fort Myers Beach, making it the "World's Safest Beach" and perfect for families who want to get their toes wet. The entire island is 7 miles long, a nice walk or jog for those who want to work in a little exercise on their trip.

The area that was once home to Native Americans and Spaniards is a favorite among tourists who dine on "pink gold" shrimp and celebrate the fishing industry with the week-long Shrimp Festival held in March.

Fort Myers Beach Attractions

There's a lot to do on the tiny island of Estero including water sports, beach activities and outdoor and indoor attractions. There are 25 public beach accesses on the Gulf side of Estero Island that are marked for easy spotting.

You can stop by one of several playgrounds and parks in Fort Myers Beach. Head to Lynn Hall Memorial Park, where you can fish off of a 600-foot pier. Sports lovers can venture over to Bay Oaks Recreation Center for basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.

There are 17 acres of fun on the northern tip of Estero Island at Bowditch Point Regional Park. For more protected wildlife areas, check out the Matanzas Pass Wildlife Preserve with a restored cottage, 42 acres of wilderness and a sanctuary for native plants and animals. Seven acres are developed for a park and the rest remains part of a preservation. There are boardwalks that allow visitors to Estero Back Bay access to observe ospreys and pelicans as they fish for food. Kayaks and canoes are available at Oyster Bay and Lovers Key Barrier Island.
