  • Home Away from Home

"Photos can't adequately depict the incredible views of the Gulf and the Intercoastal Waterway from the wrap-around lanai. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything we could need. Only a few blocks away from the private beach make walking the beach or relaxing on the shore very accessible. There is a golf course right next door. Nearby Santini Plaza has shops, restaurants, Post Office and salons. A myriad of other restaurants are a short drive away. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are close by. The other condo residents are great people and are very welcoming. The owners keep their condo in perfect condition and are very good to work with. We truly feel like we have a home away from home."

  • Dream home and perfect vacation getaway!!!

"This home was immaculate, definitely a dream home. The pictures provided by the owner are an accurate representation of what the house looks like today. Anything and everything you could possibly need was provided for you. The home is located in a perfect location, so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool was also perfect and made for a great place to relax after a hot day at the beach or after doing any other activity. We had an amazing time in Ft Myers Beach and if/when we return, we will definitely look to see if Casa Del Sol is available for renting. It was an amazing home to stay in for the week."

  • Loved our stay

"We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was immaculately clean and so well stocked. Everything from the refrigerator to the stove and microwave were spotless. The bed linens were so nicely laundered and the bathrooms are also very clean. It is very homey and cozy. The whole stay was just great!! We hope to stay in this condo again in the near future."

  • Gulf View Paradise

"My wife and I have just visited Fort Myers Beach at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The condo we stayed at for the 2nd time is absolutely wonderful. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing and for the best view of sunset on the Gulf of Mexico any where on the west coast of Florida. The wildlife is right outside your door including birds, fishing and of course dolphins. The condo has everything you would need for a vacation of a lifetime. We are looking forward to our next visit with Karen and Don."

Fort Myers Beach Travel Tips

More than 6,200 people call Fort Myers Beach home. This town located on Estero Island wasn't officially incorporated until December 1995, making it a newer Floridian hotspot. Although Fort Myers Beach may be small, more than 1.8 million visitors flock there every year to enjoy the beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, golf and entertainment along the Gulf.

There's no undertow in Fort Myers Beach, making it the "World's Safest Beach" and perfect for families who want to get their toes wet. The entire island is 7 miles long, a nice walk or jog for those who want to work in a little exercise on their trip.

The area that was once home to Native Americans and Spaniards is a favorite among tourists who dine on "pink gold" shrimp and celebrate the fishing industry with the week-long Shrimp Festival held in March.

Fort Myers Beach Attractions

There's a lot to do on the tiny island of Estero including water sports, beach activities and outdoor and indoor attractions. There are 25 public beach accesses on the Gulf side of Estero Island that are marked for easy spotting.

You can stop by one of several playgrounds and parks in Fort Myers Beach. Head to Lynn Hall Memorial Park, where you can fish off of a 600-foot pier. Sports lovers can venture over to Bay Oaks Recreation Center for basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.

There are 17 acres of fun on the northern tip of Estero Island at Bowditch Point Regional Park. For more protected wildlife areas, check out the Matanzas Pass Wildlife Preserve with a restored cottage, 42 acres of wilderness and a sanctuary for native plants and animals. Seven acres are developed for a park and the rest remains part of a preservation. There are boardwalks that allow visitors to Estero Back Bay access to observe ospreys and pelicans as they fish for food. Kayaks and canoes are available at Oyster Bay and Lovers Key Barrier Island.
