The condo is comfortable, nicely decorated, easy to maintain with a relaxing atmosphere. The condo has all of he amenities one would wish for, Flat screen tv with fully equipped kitchen, laundry bathroom and a porch with a view of the pool and lake. The pool and grounds are perfectly manicured and a delight to use. "We enjoyed six fabulous weeks at this lovely condo. Beautiful sunsets to be enjoyed it from the lanai, it was a bonus to be situated next-door to the Marriott with all the amenities it has to offer. The second-floor condo overlooks the pool, it was nice not having to use an elevator! Can't say enough about the property owner and property managers who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this unit to one and all."

"We loved vacationing here and look forward to returning. The owner paid great attention to making our visit here a memorable one. Tastefully decorated, there’s a sense of Florida style in the unit’s carefully selected color scheme and furnishings. You’ll enjoy the comforts of home the moment you walk in the door: a fully equipped kitchen, large master with walk-in closet, full-size washer and dryer, garage, as well as secure wi-fi. The Majestic Palms complex is quiet, has a lovely uncrowded community pool and friendly, helpful residents. We found the owner responsive and easy to work with. We would happily rent this unit again."

Relaxing stay in beautiful Fort Myers canal home near the river
"My husband and I enjoyed our Feb. 2015 stay at Gloria's lovely home. We have been coming to Fort Myers for the past four years and this was the first time we rented a home off FMB. The home is just a block from the Caloosahatchee River off McGregor Blvd. It is close to some great restaurants and its proximity to downtown Fort Myers opened up our "stomping grounds" area from the beach alone to downtown Fort Myers and more sites and restaurants on Sanibel/Captiva. Gloria's home is fabulous inside and out. The yard is landscaped beautifully and the interior is spacious and decorated to a tee. On cooler days, it was enjoyable to just stay at "home" and read. Grocery stores, movie theaters, and shopping were 10 to 15 min. away. Publix, Costco, Home Goods, Bell Tower Shops, and boutiques were a hop, skip, and jump away via Whiskey Creek Blvd. We also went swimming at a community pool that was just 2 mi. away. We recommend getting a Sun Pass for the toll to Sanibel/Captiva as Gloria's home is close enough that you will find yourself returning there often. We love the coconut shrimp at Timbers on Sanibel and lunches at Grandma Dot's at the Marina. I also engaged in some retail therapy at the Tanger Outlet on the way to Sanibel. If you want to escape the cold and really relax, Gloria's home is the perfect choice."
