  • Blessed in Paradise

"This beautiful penthouse has all the comforts of home and the decor is absolutely lovely. We felt so relaxed there and we had everything we needed to make our visit very enjoyable. The views from the balcony were spectacular! We were just steps from the beach, so we would walk for miles and enjoy all that Ft. Myers Beach had to offer. It was quiet in the penthouse and on the grounds. The owner was so kind and generous! We were so blessed by her and all of her attention to details. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Gina for everything we sincerely appreciate it very much!"

  • Jim - Lansing, MI., Business Trip

"Prior to heading to Naples on business, a friend suggested that I check into the availability of this condo and that I would not be disappointed. He was definitely correct. When I entered the condo, I was impressed as to how well maintained this condo was. From furniture to fixtures, it was like I would keep my own home. The master bedroom was well furnished, as with every room, with plenty of space for everything that I brought with me. The kitchen provided me everything needed for a stay in meal if I desired and the views from the lanai were fantastic and I enjoyed relaxing in the late evenings. The condo is a short walk from the pool and clubhouse which offers many things to do in your spare time. The pool area was well stocked with clean towels, lounge chairs and everyone using the area was friendly and courteous. Owners and renters alike were more than happy to suggest interesting locations such as restaurants and bars. The owner was a pleasure to work with and I was so impressed with the location and the condo, that I asked about the possibility of leasing for an additional week and then called the wife for a surprise vacation. I would definitely recommend condominium and plan on leasing again in the future."

  • Great value

"We (parents and a little girl) stayed in the Sungetaway villa for two weeks in July/August and had a wonderful time. Professional and helpful homeowners to begin with. Responsive and factual. Very important and reassuring when you cross the pond for two weeks. It rarely happens that you find nothing lacking in a vacation rental home ('where is the cork screw', 'does anyone know where the scissors are?'). Lots of rooms, great AC and fans throughout the house. More than enough towels, etc. And a big wachine machine and dryer (where we come from, everything is tiny and expensive). Tiles on the floor so very easy to keep the house tidy and clean. No bugs, no mosquitos. And a nice and peaceful area with, I figure, lots of vacation homes. Nearby a Publix supermarket, which was located just across our favorite restaurant, The Lobster Lady (open every day - don't try to make a reservation because they are unable to accomodatie that in their seating plan, just get there by 3 or 4 PM for a combined lunch/diner). We went to Captiva (lunch at the Mucky Duck) and Sanibel (lunch at Lazy Flamingo) and nearby Fort Myers Beach. No parking problems there and, for us Europeans, at $2 per hour sort of cheap). Disney is a long drive, so you'd better stay there in a hotel and return the next day. Rented a boat ar Paradise Rental. Not cheap but worthwhile, and you only need a drivers license! Watch out for the police though in Cape Coral (there is one living just around the corner. He puts his car in front of his house, the one thing a cop would never, ever, do in Europe, except for Switzerland perhaps). The town is so peaceful, that they have really nothing else to do than watch out for 'road criminals'. A lovely stay in a great place in Cape Coral!"

  • Siesta Holiday House Delivers!

"My two friends and I were looking for the perfect getaway vacation for Labor Day weekend. We decided upon Siesta Keys as none of us had been there and we found this gem through VRBO and can't be more than thrilled we stayed here. The accommodations and the whole process was seamless and just absolutely fantastic. The amenities were great and the beach was literally within 100 yards. The fully stocked kitchen and grill was great for home cooking and the location was well within range to take a quick drive to a nearby restaurant. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone who is interesting in a place at Siesta Key!"
