  • Everything you'd need.....EVERYTHING you'd want!

"An expansive beach across the street; beach chairs; Ocean sunsets; beach noodles to spare light bulbs; very responsive & responsible landlady, Jane, a pleasure to deal & a nice person; cool A/C if needed; near a very non-commercial "Old Florida" town of Venice (no national chains here); warm ocean breezes; large spanish moss draped oaks & banyan trees in nearby neighborhoods for those evening walks; level bike riding; many local restaurants, Italian, French and local Seafood; comfortable 1st fl. updated FULLY equipped condo; relaxing--relaxing--relaxing."

  • Picturesque scenery!

"We enjoyed six fabulous weeks at this lovely condo. Beautiful sunsets to be enjoyed it from the lanai, it was a bonus to be situated next-door to the Marriott with all the amenities it has to offer. The second-floor condo overlooks the pool, it was nice not having to use an elevator! Can't say enough about the property owner and property managers who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this unit to one and all."

  • Best of AMI

"Wonderful home in a quiet section of AMI proper. Enjoyed the fabulous pool, use of bikes and beach/pool toys, cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and fishing from the dock. Recommend 2 Scoops for ice cream, Waterfront Restaurant, Ocean Star Sushi near the marina. Perfect setup, very responsive owner, would DEFINITELY stay again."

  • The best so far

"After 14.5 hours and three detours I was wondering if we made the right decision to go to Sanibel Island. We arrived to find a slow moving beautiful island and wonderful condo. This condo offers more than any condo we have even stayed in. The kitchen has every amenity most people will need. There are all the basics for the bathrooms as well. The condo has been updated with a full window wall in the bedroom that opens completely to the veranda which also opens completely to the beach. We were able to sleep with the room completely open to the ocean. Waking up to that view made this place memorable. The condo is clean and has nice appliances. The only thing that did not work was the ice maker on the new refrigerator but they are working to get it replaced. They have beach chairs, nets, umbrella, and even sunscreen. Our favorite place to sit was the veranda in the recliners. This would be an awesome place to retire. Jeanne was extremely helpful fielding our questions and keeping us up-to-date with any new developments. She let us know maintenance would be done to the AC during the week we were there. This was not an issue and it shows they do maintain there AC which we have had fail at other condos. The island is mostly a preserve and is quite lush. The shells on the island is incredible and quite abundant. We recommend seeing the shell museum while you are there. Also, the kayak tour is a great experience. If you see the shell museum first and then take the kayak tour you might appreciate the create you will see. Please note most of the museums and historic area close early so make plans to go early in the day. We plan to go back in the near future and hope to stay in this same condo."
