"Our month vacation at Lexington was truly amazing. The condo was very comfortable and The Country Club met our every vacation need from golf, tennis fitness and sight seeing. We strongly recommend this property for future Ft. Myers tourists."

  • Winter 2014

"My husband and I stayed at this condo for 2.5 months this past winter. The Verandah is simply a lovely golf/tennis community and residents and visitors are very friendly and easy to meet. Here is what we liked about this property - well equipped, decor very funky with comfortable quality furniture which felt like "home" to us, quiet location at end of street, beautiful sunny lanai, and a very large garage. This is in the Pebblebrook community which is quite new and has it's own recreation centre (fitness facility) and beautiful pool a 3 minute walk down the street. Most suitable for adults seeking a golf/tennis lifestyle. While we are making other plans for 2015, we would not hesitate to return to this property at another time. Max and Sheila were more than helpful in terms of sorting out any questions/minor problems which we had."

  • A month in Province Park

"My wife and I spent an enjoyable and relaxing month of November 2012 at this location. Province Park and its general layout and condo layout and size were already familiar to us having visited family members in the previous year. We were very pleasantly surprised upon entering our rental condo. It was very well appointed, with ample, comfortable, and up to date seating in the living room and dining area. The master bed room and bath were a very generous size, very clean and bright, and the bed very comfortable. The condo over all was bright, attractively decorated, easy to maintain, and all appliances were up to date and very functional. The kitchen was an pleasant place to make meals, having sufficient tools, as well as being a nice blue and white in colour to contrast the neutral of the living room. The bright sunshine and lagoon with a water fountain greeted you every morning. The setting sun reflected its color off the lagoon every evening. The gated community is quiet, secure and very spacious in area, and attractive. It has nicely mained and manicured grounds, with plenty of pleasant walking and bicycling areas, and nice green vistas with plenty of lagoons all containing fountains. The pool and club house are also great, and just a short walk away. The pool has lots of lounges to relax on, and is a perfect place to cool off. The pool and club house have all the amenities, as well as very friendly conversations with other guests and owners of Province Park. Everything is just around the corner as we jokingly say. We did not visit a restaurant we did not like. We visited several large malls in the area that are all just a short drives away; and, of course; outlets "just around the corner" and everywhere. Access to main arteries is excellent. The drive to the beach is about 1/2 hour...go early to get a parking spot. Although being a great distances apart, our dealings with the owners were very professional, pleasant and efficient. We had an excellent time, at an excellent location, and would definitely like to return. My wife and I both recommend this listing highly."

  • Spacious, excellent location!

"Paul & Suzy, thanks for allowing us to use your home during our last visit to Ft Myers. The house was very clean upon arrival, I was shocked to see how spacious it was, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, enough for all 8 of us to use after a bath, pool or beach, toys for these as well! We also had the use of the BBQ grill (for a small fee) which worked out great for those days when we didn't want to head out to the beach but instead wanted to relax by the pool (which we used every day, sometimes twice a day even when we went to the beach). There are grocery stores and pharmacies right around the corner, stores, outlet, restaurants and parks nearby too, by the way, the Edison & Ford estates and museum is a must see! Fort Myers beach/pier is about 10 mins away from the house, perfect to go watch the sunset. Only complaint I had was the fact that we only had one tv in the living room since the small one in the master room had problems with the sound, a tv in the rooms would be awesome! But then again I don't think we would've spent as much time together as we did if we had those available. Overall our stay at Paul & Suzy's villa was wonderful and relaxing, will not hesitate to re-rent next year. Thanks again, Sandy"
