"We had a wonderful time at the Beach house! The house was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. The views and sunsets were spectacular and the nightlife within walking distance. We had such a nice time. We plan to make it a family tradition. Thank you!!"

  • Perfect unit for families

"I stayed in this condo for the third time in July 2014. The first time, just my wife and I stayed for a four night getaway in November 2012. We loved it so much we booked a full week in July 2013 and brought our three kids with us. It was the best trip we ever had as a family so we booked another full week in July 2014. This condo is very spacious for a family of five. My two girls shared the second bedroom while my son used the pull out sofa in the small room next to the kitchen. The ability to close that room off offered him some privacy so he was happy in his "room". The kitchen has everything you need and all of the appliances (including the washer and dryer) are in great condition. The view from the screened lanai is beautiful and the ceiling fan provides some relief from the heat if you stay during the summer months. The pool in the courtyard of this building is very nice. It was never crowded when we were there which made it easier to relax both in and out of the pool. Some of the other guests complained that the main pool (which you have to pay extra to use) was loud and crowded. I personally don't see the point of paying extra to use all of the Sundial's amenities, but that may appeal to others. Everything you need is already included. We like that there are a few beach chairs and pool/beach toys on the lanai for guests of this condo to use. The Sundial is very close to most of the restaurants and shopping on Sanibel, and there are several ways to get between Middle Gulf Drive and Periwinkle Way so you can always find a way to avoid those dreaded left turns on or off of Periwinkle (there are no stop lights anywhere on the island). Summer is a great time to visit Sanibel. Sure it is hot, but (unlike Orlando) there is always a breeze coming off the ocean which is refreshing when you are sitting at the pool. The entire pool is in the shade for about the last 60-90 minutes of the day, so if you have a reason to avoid the sun you still have an opportunity to enjoy the pool each day. Plus, the air conditioning works great in this condo. There is a covered parking spot for this condo that is very close to the elevator, which makes it easy for unloading luggage and groceries. Also, once you reach the third floor, this condo is the very first door, just a dozen steps or so from the elevator. Check in and check out is quick and easy. Our family loves this unit and, if finances allow, we will return again next summer!"

  • Beautiful and Comfortable!

"We have been coming to the area for about 20 years. This was definitely our favorite condo. We will stay here again next year. It is beautifully furnished and the finishes in the condo are top of the line. The bathrooms are like a spa with all the gorgeous quartz and tile. Everything about the condo is top notch. You can tell the owners take care of it and want people to be happy that they chose this unit. It is even prettier than the pictures. It has everything you could possibly want or need. There are paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, tissues, dish liquid, spices, etc. It is upgraded with the best of everything. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. All the rooms were also very clean. We enjoyed the beach and the great pool. We also enjoyed the Sarasota Marina and St. Armands for shopping and dining. The location is great. The private beach is just across the street and the public beach is about 2 miles down the road. Being close to the bridge makes it quick and easy to zip over to the mainland for additional activities. Check out Westfield Southgate mall for really nice upscale stores. It's just after you cross the bridge. We also enjoyed the farmers markets on Siesta Key on Sunday and in Sarasota on Saturday. Siesta Key can't be beat. Thanks to Vinny and Natalie for a wonderful and comfortable stay!"

  • NBR is our Destination

"Have stayed in this unit at Naples Bay Resort many times and absolutely love it. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Located on the backside of the community, within a short walk to the pool but far enough away so as not to be disturbed by it. No street noise. Serene setting. If you haven't been to Naples Bay Resort, book now and my advice would be to see if this unit is available."
