  • Very nice place to stay!

"The Bungalow is absolutely beautiful! The pool area is so relaxing and the neighborhood is very quiet. The pictures on the website of the house really don't do it justice. The house has all the comforts of home and you literally only need to bring clothes and food. The owner was great to work with and always responded quickly to all of my questions. The beaches are very close. We visited two great outlet malls (Tanger and Miromar) and also went to Coconut Point shopping mall. Two restaurants that we really enjoyed were Rib City, (which is very close to the Bungalow) and Mel's diner, (which is in Bonita Springs). Mel's has an awesome breakfast! Make sure you also go to the Flamingo Island flea market which is only open on Fri., Sat., & Sun. I would recommend the Bungalow to anyone. You definitely won't be sorry for staying here! In fact, we have already rented the place again for next year!"

  • Great home away from home!

"We spent January and February at this lovely condo. It is exactly as pictured and described. We felt at home as soon as we got there. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils and all the cleaning supplies one might need to get started. That it is a short walk to the pool was very helpful as I was suffering from some foot problems and this made the pool easily accessible. The beach is a short 25 minute drive and the sand is soft and white...beautiful. Frank was very helpful in resolving the few minor things that needed attention. It is clear that he takes great pride in offering a beautiful vacation home. Due to condo rules there is no grill so bring your George Forman if you want to cook out. Also, there are no beach chairs so if you plan to visit the beach bring your own. We enjoyed our stay so much we will be back in 2015!"

  • Another Perfect February @ MBV

"Again we can't say enough about winter vacation at your condo this past February. You always make us feel so welcome, and we look forward every year to our return. For us, when we arrive at the condo is like coming home. Everything you need and then some is there; and for us the location of the condo and having the bikes is perfect. It didn't hurt to have perfect weather this past February as we enjoy lounging at the pool as well. Looking forward to next year."

  • Loved it!

"This by far was our best renting experience ever. The owners are great! Very accommodating and prompt with answers when we had a question. They cared and wanted to make sure everything met or exceeded our satisfaction. This Condo is spacious and had all the items we needed during our nearly five month stay. Pelican Preserve Community has so much to offer for people that want to be active. And if you choose not to get involved and interact with the other residents, you can still take advantage of the many amenities and activities on your own. Our stay was much more then what my wife and I expected."
