"We are at the end of our month stay in Boca Grande. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with this comfortable and spacious condo. The view was outstanding from the screened porch and we enjoyed watching the various birds fly by. We had friends visit and they were most comfortable in the guest suite. We had everything we needed to cook a lovely dinner or enjoy the pool and beach.
We biked into town every day for ice cream and enjoyed the various restaurants.
We shall definitely book another stay in this special condo."

"My husband and I recently had the pleasure of renting this beautiful condo for a "staycation". We live approximately 40 minutes away and wanted to spend a long, relaxing weekend on Boca Grande. We work long hours and when we travel, we have very high expectations. This condo unit certainly did not disappoint!
The owner was extremely responsive and promptly answered all of our questions about both the condo unit and the Boca Grande Club community. The spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is beautifully appointed, extremely clean, and well-maintained. The unit offers spectacular views of the Gulf as well as direct beach access. The modern kitchen has lovely cabinetry, beautiful granite countertops, and is well-equipped. Both the dining and living areas are quite spacious. Most importantly, the king-sized bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable-- like home away from home!
For those who have not been to Boca Grande, it is an idyllic small town on the west coast of Florida. It is serene and beautiful with stunning beaches, cute shops, several fine restaurants, excellent fishing, and lots of "Old Florida" charm.
My husband and I do not have children, but as previously mentioned, this condo unit is spacious and would be perfect for families. Without hesitation, we would recommend this condo if you are looking to vacation in Florida-- you will not be disappointed! Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely condo-- we will definitely be back!"

"A very comfortable and convenient condo for the boat and beach-lover family. We had a great week in Joy's condo, with sunrises in our backyard and sunsets in the front. The condo is clean and provides all you need for a week's stay. Our 3 children had plenty of room with the 2 beds in the guest room and the pullout couch in the LR. The kitchen is well-stocked, but bring extra dish soap if you think you'll cook a lot. The boat slip was right our the back of the property, and was essential for a convenient day of boating for us. We rented a golf cart to make the trek into town more fun and "outdoorsy" for the kids, as we plugged in at night in front of the condo. The water views all around it make it for a perfect location, away from town, but not away from the beauty of Boca Grande."

"My husband and I rented this fabulous end unit condo for our 21st Anniversary. The condo was perfectly situated. We especially enjoyed the large lanai, morning and evening walks on the beach, collecting shells (there are so many!!), Manny and the Tiki bar (he makes the best Piña Coladas) the pool, and believe it or not - the quiet. (August is slow season here, so many on island stores and restaurants were closed or limited hours) We explored the island and even saw a manatee and many dolphins at the fishing pier!! We went off island too - we ate at Lock and Key in Englewood which was very good, (Manny suggested) we visited their beaches - although, I must say I like the island beach better. We also visited Mote Aquarium and Research lab in Sarasota and the bird sanctuary nearby. Other than that, we stayed on the island, it was an oasis. We did have dinner at the club restaurant one night and the food was excellent however the atmosphere was a little too proper for us..lol But we enjoyed our stay immensely. This condo has everything you can need, from appliances, right down to a blow dryer! Mack, the owner was wonderful to work with, and even left us a bottle of wine and a bag of Starbucks coffee, such a lovely gesture! It was definitely home away from home and we are already talking about our return trip next year! Thank you Mack for sharing your wonderful condo with us! Dee and Eric"
