"Wonderful property - great location. The house has a very attractive floor plan with two sleeping "wings" and a huge open area including a terrific kitchen, huge family room and living room. The large screened porch is very enjoyable whether for early morning coffee or enjoying a quiet reading spot or board games with the family. The location is terrific - close to the beach, close to town, tennis courts a block away - our grandkids love tooling around in the golf cart, especially going off to town for a ice cream treat!!! It's a great spot!!!! A repeat visit for us and we look forward to returning soon!!!"

"Really enjoyed this private quiet clean one bedroom unit. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful with maps and information about the surrounding areas. Easy access to a quiet beach, bike and jogging trails all over the island, and nice facilities at the club. Mack is very easy to work with. The unit is well equipped and beautifully decorated (high end TV, luxurious towels, modern kitchen and bathroom, etc). We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a quiet getaway."

"My husband and I rented this fabulous end unit condo for our 21st Anniversary. The condo was perfectly situated. We especially enjoyed the large lanai, morning and evening walks on the beach, collecting shells (there are so many!!), Manny and the Tiki bar (he makes the best Piña Coladas) the pool, and believe it or not - the quiet. (August is slow season here, so many on island stores and restaurants were closed or limited hours) We explored the island and even saw a manatee and many dolphins at the fishing pier!! We went off island too - we ate at Lock and Key in Englewood which was very good, (Manny suggested) we visited their beaches - although, I must say I like the island beach better. We also visited Mote Aquarium and Research lab in Sarasota and the bird sanctuary nearby. Other than that, we stayed on the island, it was an oasis. We did have dinner at the club restaurant one night and the food was excellent however the atmosphere was a little too proper for us..lol But we enjoyed our stay immensely. This condo has everything you can need, from appliances, right down to a blow dryer! Mack, the owner was wonderful to work with, and even left us a bottle of wine and a bag of Starbucks coffee, such a lovely gesture! It was definitely home away from home and we are already talking about our return trip next year! Thank you Mack for sharing your wonderful condo with us! Dee and Eric"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful, and we loved the views of the Gulf from the porch. We kept busy with shelling, watching the wildlife, reading, and the pool. We appreciated the use of your bicycles, too. The town of Boca Grande is lovely, with a good variety of shops, restaurants, and community activities. We'll return!"
