"Really enjoyed this private quiet clean one bedroom unit. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful with maps and information about the surrounding areas. Easy access to a quiet beach, bike and jogging trails all over the island, and nice facilities at the club. Mack is very easy to work with. The unit is well equipped and beautifully decorated (high end TV, luxurious towels, modern kitchen and bathroom, etc). We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a quiet getaway."

Sea Oats at Boca Grande on Gasperill Island in Florida.
"My husband Phil and I would like to thank joy and Dennis for sharing there condo. It is beautiful. We were here in the off season so it was very quite. We loved that. Disappointed that some of the shops whew closed for the season and also some of the restaurants. We loved The Loose Caboose. We ate there three times. Loved the homemade ice cream ice cream. There key lime pie is wonderful. We also enjoyed Southside. Had dinner and just stopped in for a dink and sit by the ocean. We met some very nice people at Sea Oats. Sometimes we walked the beach and we were the only ones on the beach. Got to take a golf cart to town are last day there. Very fun. It rained on us on the way back but we didn't mine. The highlight of the week was helping the turtle patrol. Three nest hatched while we we're there and we helped hunt for the babies. We got to see them dig the hole for the turtle nest and hunt if any were lost and the weeds. We found 4 on was dead. The patrol kept them until sun down and we all got to go out and release three babies. So fun. Highly recommend Sea Oats and unit 141 Joy and Kevin's place. You won't regret it. My husband and I went for my retirement celebration from Hallmark after 45 years. What a celebration. Sisters was also very nice place to eat. If you want a excellent massage I highly recommend Boca Body Massage next to Kappy's. Thanks Joy
For sharing your place."

"I'm done staying in the huge, concrete, multi story facilities. This place is so calm, easy access to the beach, relaxed and comfortable. It's human. Biking downtown for ice cream or towards the historic lighthouse are the highlights. It is kid friendly due to nice, but not delicate furnishings.
Sunsets are a daily bonus. Great parking and "beach stuff" storage. Pool is nice and close.
We love it. Will be back for sure!"

"Lighthouse Unit 15 was perfect for our family of 6. Usually when we stay at a VRBO property we wind up spending a lot of extra money on things like laundry detergent and coffee filters. Not here. The kitchen had all the basics and some very nice extras. I was able to even bake a birthday cake without having to improvise on equipment. On top of that, the place has a closet full of beach stuff for the kids. The beds were beautiful as were the rooms. You can tell when a home is well cared for and this one definitely is. With the beach only a few steps away and a view of it from the screened porch and the kitchen the kids were able to have a bit of freedom. During our stay we couldn't figure out how to make the speakers work...after just one email to Gulf to Bay Sotheby's, the directions were sent to us and we were able to listen to our music. Boca Grande in July is sleepy and just what we were seeking. The local hardware store Barnichols, and the local grocery, Hudsons have friendly staff. We recommend Tarpon fishing on The Blaze, renting a golf cart and dining at Sisters and at South Beach Grill. We are already talking about a repeat visit to the SAME property next year....as we need to finish the sand castle we started."
