Everything you need! Great townhouse, roomy, comfy.
"Elizabeth the owner, was so helpful, she helped me get my luggage upstairs! She happened to be there when I arrived. The home was clean and orderly, and she has supplies of sunscreen, towels, beach toys, about everything you would need. Nice large screen TV in the living room, a TV in the master bedroom, ceiling fans, but the AC was great in the 90 degree heat the week we were there. I was in the area mostly for the nature preserves, and wildlife photography, and was not disappointed. We found a new beach preserve (Bunche Beach preserve) only a few minutes away, and I finally got a Bald Eagle shot I've searched out for years. I'll likely be back. Thanks, Elizabeth."

"Fabulous house and great location to the beach and town! It was clean, which is the highest priority on my list, comfortable and up-to-date. Three families shared this home and we were truly able to relax in it. My boys loved the heated pool! The ping pong room was an extra treat. Thanks for having some sand toys on hand! The only downside was that it did not have great WiFi. We would definitely recommend this home and we are looking forward to going back one day."

"This house has great amenities first being location on the 500 block in Naples. The plantation shutters keep the house very cool. The outdoor area is fun to sip a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or watch sports and have a few drinks after a day at nearby Vanderbilt Beach."

"Stayed here for 10 days with my wife and our son and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience.
Sidney was prompt in his reply to my initial inquiry and provided information about the condo and the area that was useful and accurate.
The apartment is nicer than the pictures depict. The master bedroom is huge, with a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are nicely situated away from the main living area, so they would remain quiet even if other people are still awake. There is a second bathroom with shower that is convenient to the other bedrooms.
The apartment was very well stocked - pots, pans, spices, basic cook ingredients. They had chairs for the beach and toys as well. There was nothing we wanted that was not available.
Location of the apartment is very nice. We had previously been to Vanderbuilt beach and stayed right on the beach, so I was concerned about the walk. The walk to the beach was a complete non-event - from our door to the beach was about 8 minutes, and that included pulling a two year old in a wagon.
Within a ten minute drive, there are two grocery stores and more restaurants than I can count. The Mercato shopping mall has several nice restaurants and the Publix on Vanderbuilt Beach Rd is the one to go to. The Naples Zoo is worth the trip too.
I fully recommend this to anyone interested in visiting the area. If you have any specific questions, feel free to message me through VRBO.
