"Perfect beach home for a family vacation, with plenty of room for our family of 8, and it was absolutely wonderful. The beach house was beautifully decorated and high end furnishings. It is well equipped for cooking indoors and out and the elevator is a great addition. The location of the beach houses provides quiet and privacy, but they are only a short drive from restaurants and the grocery store. The manager of the property, Toni is great and so helpful. We definitely plan to stay there again."

"My husband and I had the most relaxing holiday at this condo in Long Boat Key. The condo exceeded our expectations as it is even nicer than the pictures. Favourite things: sound of the waves, incredible view, morning beach walks, quiet, friendly area, and extremely well maintained. The view from this property changes everyday including the wave patterns and sunsets. We loved watching the sunset every evening while enjoying a beverage on the deck. Also enjoyed the beach, birds, shell collecting, dolphins, and watching people fish from the shoreline. Chatted with a gentleman fishing on the dock and he caught a "gentle" stingray (didn't have a stinger) and he taught us about some of the local fish that he likes to catch. Excellent grocery store only minutes away by car, great selection of seafood and the steaks are amazing. The 2 BBQ's on site are propane Webers and are so great that my husband wants to buy one. Also, loved visiting St. Armands Circle for shopping and eating out. Beachplace condo also has several beach umbrellas and longuers for the facility so you don't have to pack them to the beach everyday. Very nice to have a stackable washer and dryer in the condo! Every little detail is thought out, felt very at home and was very sad to leave. We have rebooked for 2016. Dave and Pam Meers, B.C. Canada"

"An attractive and lovingly maintained bungalow with two small and Spartan bedrooms but exceptionally spacious and comfortable master bedroom and large living area and kitchen. It is generously stocked with linens and bath and beach towels and other conveniences. Both bathrooms have been updated and everything works, is spotlessly clean and smells fresh."

"This condo is really nice! Each room is very spacious. The master bathroom has a large tile and block glass shower that I really liked. The master BR had a makeup table area, as well as another room with plenty of shelves, drawers and hangers--I would call it a closet normally, but it was it's own room! The furnishings are the best we've experienced in a condo, from the high def TV, great WIFI, spacious dinner table and very comfortable living room seating and bedroom beds, to the very comfortable furniture on the screened in lanai overlooking the beautiful beach and water of the Gulf of Mexico. I fell asleep on the reclining chair on the lanai one day. The breeze was so nice! The kitchen was very well appointed with marble counter tops and plenty of dishes, utensils and drink ware. The Nautica towels provided in the master bath were very nice! I hope to buy some for myself.
The pool was very nice and never crowded. The parking area was just steps off of the elevator from the room.
Just a few paces from the pool, was the beach. We saw manatees, dolphins and rays up close in the clear water. That was a thrill that we plan to experience again soon!
We drove to several of the restaurants that are close by. Also, there's a nice recreation area open to the public just down the street along the bay. We walked there a few mornings to shoot some hoops (balls were provided) and enjoy the views of the boats on the bay. There were never any crowds there and the court was very well maintained. There is an Ace Hardware just down the street where you can rent bikes, if you choose, and other places will deliver kayaks for daily rentals. I wish I would have kayaked the gulf some...I'll do that next time, because we plan to go back! There is a Publix grocery just a mile or two south of the condo. It is a great store!
This condo is great and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to stay in Longboat Key and take in all of the beauty of the Gulf Keys and Sarasota area!"
