"The owner was very pleasant and helpful to work with. The condo is located close to the pool. No problem with noise from the pool. There was none. The condo is complete except for pool towel, which were noted on the listing. Lot of good restaurants in the area. Some that you can walk to. This is a second floor condo. Great for a couple or families"

  • You won't be disappointed. :)

"Our family spent a wonderful week here in October. Plenty to do and see in the area if that is your thing. My favorite part was just relaxing with my family in this very nice, spacious, comfortable, well appointed home. We fished off the deck with the poles from the garage (easy catch and you can buy bait shrimp at the Publix) , swam in the heated pool daily, cooked most of our meals in the modern kitchen and on the large, gas grill, rode bikes, watched the sunsets (even from the lanai they were amazing), visited the beautiful, white sand beaches of Marco and Keewaydin Islands...Both were full of shells, rented a boat to cruise around the islands, saw dolphins and many cool species of birds, and played games supplied by the homeowners. The home provided most anything you would need. Very laid back, stress free, vacation with the family! P. S. Don't forget to visit Naples too. There are many shops, great restaurants, a Pier and easy quick access to the Naples beach by car. There are parking meters at several roads ending at beach accesses. (25 cents for every 15 minutes). Cheap sunset views and not over crowed. Can't wait to return!!"

  • Absolutely wonderful!

"This unit is as described by the owner and shown in the pictures. The décor is beach cheery and the unit layout and furnishings made for an extremely comfortable stay and one we didn't want to leave! My wife and I have stayed on Marco Island several times and this was the best accommodations we could have hoped for and will use again. Everything is so handy to the unit including the elevator and laundry. Most important, the best section of Marco beach is right across the street! The beach cart and supplies provided by the owners made trips to the beach effortless and enjoyable. The building is clean, quiet and well managed. The owners were great to work with and could not have been more attentive in trying to make sure we were happy with the arrangements. It could not have been better! Thank you."

  • If you do not love this place........Check you have a pulse!!!

"One could wax lyrically forever about this home and it`s location within the Tara community. There could be no better recommendation than to answer "YES IN A HEARTBEAT" to the question of would you like to come back here. I would like to say we took advantage of the numerous cultural attractions the area has to offer, alas relaxation was the number one priority on this occasion, and here........that was easy. We did however take a couple of trips to St Armands Circle in Sarasota. A very upmarket area for shops and restaurants..........it`s Fabulous. Being English, we quite like our pub culture. Again this proved to be a perfect location, with two (maybe more) pubs within a five minute walk.......Gecko & Bogeys, both friendly and welcoming. Throw in a quality golf course into that mix, and Tara is a quality golf course. Then for us Utopia has been attained. In conclusion the owners, Pauline and Stu could not have been more attentive, and were a pleasure to deal with."
