"This was our second visit to this beautiful place. We really enjoyed having beautiful views of the gulf and swimming in it daily as well. Unit is very spacious and clean. 3 good size bedrooms all have flat screen tvs and 2 of three with balconies and large closets. Bathrooms are great size with large walk in fully tiled showers and a great amount of cabinet storage. Kitchen well stocked, large pantry, marble counters and open concept to living area and huge balcony. Very easy access to beach. Our property manager was very attentive to any needs. Handful of nearby restaurants were great. Live music at quite a few. This is a getaway location that is private with just enough access to some outings as needed. Nearby boat, jetski, canoe/kayak rentals. Nearby Stump Pass Beach State Park is beautiful, especially at southwest gulf side end."

"Split eleven wonderful days between 2 groups - my sister and 3 nieces and then my 3 sisters-in-law. What great memories we made! I've stayed in other beach front dwellings on both east and west coast of FL - This was by far the absolute best! It's amazing how such a gorgeously decorated condo could be so very comfortable at the same time. Everyone - from my 8 year old great-niece to my eldest sister-in-law (83 yo) – had the most delightful time! Condo is the perfect backdrop to enjoy your loved ones!
How relaxed we were! After a night in the most comfortable beds ever found in a rental, we’d gather one by one with coffee or tea on the lanai to enjoy the gulf front view. Then we'd walk along the beach looking for shells followed by cooling off in the pool. My sisters-in-law and I were thrilled to witness the Turtle Patrol setting boundaries around a new turtle nest (you could see the flipper tracks coming in from the water), as well as the Patrol assisting as necessary once a nest of eggs had hatched. (You have to get up early for this, but GREAT fun!)
We'd do a little souvenir shopping and riding about during the midday. The Beach Rd. Boutique is definitely worth a visit and there are super discoveries at the local Goodwill - Found glass bowls just right for pretty shells from the beach. Late afternoons were perfect for another trip to the beach and/or pool.
Perfect for homemade meals – kitchen is well equipped for food preparation! One night my nieces made delicious fish tacos using locally purchased shrimp and hogfish (never had it before) and black beans and rice. When my sisters-in-law came we enjoyed homemade Cuban sandwiches as good as any you'd buy in the Tampa area. My eldest sister-in-law made her family famous pasta salad - a tradition at our annual Girls' Getaway. In between we ate out - Don't miss the lobster bisque at Gulf View Bar and Grill! Be sure to try Zeke’s in historic Olde Englewood for their Crayfish Potato Nachos, and definitely don’t overlook Landy’s full menu with Seafood, Italian, and Greek specialties.
We were so sad to leave, but have made plans to return next year. Thank you, Jean, for what must be the easiest check-in on the face of the earth! Most especially, Debby, I thank you for making your exquisite home available for others to enjoy!"

"My husband & I have vacationed in Florida the past 6 years & hands down this vacation rental is the BEST!!! The view from the living room window is awesome, very comfortable with everything that you need to settle in for a great week. Enjoy you own private beach area, restaurants nearby & don't miss out on a walk through Stump Pass Park. We will return!!! Thank you Sally & Jon for sharing your vacation home with us.

"This Christmas Holiday was our second stay at the Sandbox. It did get a lil loud on New Years Eve night. Neighbors shot off lots of powerful fireworks that shook the house and drove our dogs crazy. We fell in love with this property on our first stay in June 2014. The house is comfortable and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a beach get away. Just add groceries and you are set to enjoy a wonderful beach getaway. Just a few steps to the beach for the day for shelling, shark tooth hunting, or just soaking up some sun and listening to the waves. We are booked again for this June and I am beyond ready to arrive! Love Love Love this house and the beach! The owners are extremely nice, quick to reply for your requested dates. Met them in person and they are just a sweet couple and I can't thank them enough for sharing their home and allowing us to bring our precious fur babies who love being there with us. We will continue to enjoy this little bit of heaven!"
